Its purpose is to provide the user with adequately detailed documentation to efficiently install, operate and maintain the Slim Wave System. Efforts have been made to keep the information contained in this document current and accurate as of the date of publication or revision.

Limited Warranty:

PHI MGMT warrants the Slim Wave System to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of one

(1) year from the date of shipment. The sole obligation of PHI MGMT under this warranty will be to repair or replace the system, at its option, should the Slim Wave System proves to be defective during the warranty period. The foregoing shall be the sole warranty remedy. As set forth herein, PHI MGMT makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. No warranty is provided if the Slim Wave System is modified without the express written consent of PHI Management. PHI Management shall not be liable in any event for incidental consequential damage. This warranty is not activated before the customer returns the completed Slim Wave System registration form within 30 days after the purchase of the product. This warranty is not assignable.

Service Support:

To return your Slim Wave System for repair/replacement under the terms of this one year limited warranty, you must contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) within one (1) year from the shipping date. Email us at [email protected]

to obtain the RMA number from our customer service department. The return of the Slim Wave System and all accompanying documents must be packed carefully to prevent shipping damage. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container.

Introduction

This operation Manual provides operation and maintenance instructions for the use of the SlimWaveSystem.

The Slim Wave System uses LED lights and optional vibration to diminish body fat. Simply place the adjustable Velcro

LED light belt around the target area (abdomen, arms, legs, neck, etc.) and set the timer on the base unit. The red LED light penetrates skin and opens the pores of fat cells allowing fatty acids to escape and burn off more easily during exercise. Use 10 minutes per treatment area, 2 to 3 times per week in addition to exercise and a healthy diet.

The same LED cellulite reduction system used in medical offices, is now available for the home and business use. The

SWS uses LED lights to "open up" fat cells, so fatty acids can be burned off more easily during exercise.

Quick Start Guide

Thank you for your purchase of the Slimwave System.

After unpacking, place the Flexible Light Head (FLH) on the desired part of the body. Make sure the FLH is firmly attached and directly on the skin. Do not allow the LED light to shine into eyes, as this can cause damage to your vision.

Use the Velcro strap to firmly attach the FLH to the body. Do not place over clothing, FLH must be directly against bare skin.

Plug the FLH into the control unit, and plug the control unit into a power outlet.

Turn the control unit on using the toggle switch next to the power cord plugin.

Use the TIME buttons to set the desired time. The machine default setting is for 30 minutes; we have found 10 minutes to be an effective time setting for optimum effect.

Use the TIME button to adjust the time. Press the START/STOP button to start the light function of the machine. The RED indicator will be illuminated on the control panel. Press the SWITCH button to turn on vibration. 1-push will be a short pulse,

2-pushes will be longer pulse, 3-pushes will be continuous, 4-pushes will be short pulse again, the RED Indicator will go off and the red light will not be illuminated. 5pushes, no light longer pulse, 6-pushes, continuous no red light. The Slimwave

System will shut off as soon as the time counts down to 0.

Unpacking and inspection:

Open the carton and check each item in the box. Make sure all the components listed below are included. Unpack your

SlimWaveSystem from the shipping package. Inventory all equipment and make sure your item is complete.

There are two plug in ports, either one is fine to use, this machine has the capability to power to FLH at the same time.

Purchase of additional head is required.

To get the best results follow these simple guidelines, this will enhance the effectiveness of the SlimWaveSystem

. o Make sure the FLH is placed firmly against the body part you are treating and secured with the Velcro strap. o Make sure to use the Accelerator for enhanced results o Make sure to fill in your food journal continually throughout the day o Drink Plenty of Water after using the device. (Ideally you want to drink ½ ounce of water for every pound of body weight every day, if you weigh 130 lbs drink at least 65 ounces of WATER each day.) o Be sure to make sure to exercise for at least 30 minutes each day. (approximately 500 calories of exercise) o Do not eat 2 hours before or one hour after each session

We advise storing in a cool dry location, not in a bathroom. o Note: There are no customer serviceable parts in this device. Contraindications:

Below is a list of contraindications. Contraindications are conditions or factors that serve as a reason not to use this machine, as it could be harmful to the individual using the SlimWaveSystem. If at any time there is a question as to whether the SlimWaveSystem should be used, consult a medical doctor before use.

Maintenance: Cleaning and disinfection: After each use, using a soft cloth dampened with warm water or isopropyl alcohol wipe the entire face of the FLH including the plastic window of the light-emitting surface. CAUTION: Do not allow liquid to enter any of the openings on the unit

Preventative Inspection: o Before each use, carefully inspect the SlimWaveSystem to make sure it does not appear damaged. o Before operation the user should check to make sure the protective cover housing of the LED is intact o The SlimWaveSystem has no serviceable parts or calibration requirements.
