The employees of Chore-Time Equipment would like to thank your for your recent Chore-Time purchase. If a problem should arise, your Chore-Time distributor can supply the necessary information to help you.

Installation

Turn off the water supply and remove the supply hose.

If possible, mark the position of the Water Inlet Pipe to make it easier for resetting float height after installation of the new Inlet Pipe Support Bracket.

Remove the Stainless Steel Hose Clamp.

Using a Utility Knife, remove the old Spinweld Fitting (Item 1, Figure 1) . Be careful not to cut deep enough to damage the Inlet Pipe. (Item 2)

Place the Inlet Pipe Support Bracket (Item 1, Figure 2) over the Inlet Pipe (Item 2) . Wrap the Stainless Steel Hose

Clamp around the Inlet Pipe and through the slots in the back of the Inlet Pipe Support Bracket (Item 3) as shown .

Installation Turbo-Cool™ Sump Inlet Repair Kit (48202) Instruction

Using the holes in the Inlet Pipe Support Bracket for a guide, Drill four 1/4" holes in the Sump (See Figure 3 below) .

Use the supplied Bolts, Nuts and Washers to secure the Inlet Pipe Support Bracket to the Sump.

Once the Inlet Pipe is in the proper position tighten down the Stainless Steel Hose Clamp. Make sure the Float Ball moves freely. Reconnect the hose and reset the Water Inlet Pipe to it’s original position. Turn on the water supply.
