Broan 64V 120V HVAC Fan Control Installation & Operating Instructions
Broan 64V is a FAN/LIGHT CONTROL WITH OFF-DELAY that provides independent on/off control of a fan and a light fixture, with an adjustable off-delay for the fan. This allows you to keep the fan running for a set period of time after the light has been turned off, to help ventilate the room or area. The off-delay time is adjustable from 5 to 60 minutes, and has been pre-set to approximately 30 minutes, which is recommended for a properly-sized van/ventilator to fully exhaust and restore the outdoor air quality.
