Operating your vacuum cleaner:

1.

Connect the flexible vacuum tube (11) to the hose socket (6).

2.

Connect the vacuum tube (9) to the flexible vacuum tube (11).

3.

Connect the brush (10) to the vacuum tube (9) for use on a hard floor or carpet.

Alternatively, open up the accessory storage cabinet (3), and attach the integrated brush and nozzle (12) to the vacuum tube (9) for use on sofas or in small spaces.

4.

Insert the plug into a mains socket. Press the on/off switch pedal (2). Adjust the power using the handle of the hose (13).

Carry the unit by opening the accessory storage cabinet (3) and using the handle underneath.

Press the power cord rewind pedal (4) to wind the power cord back into the vacuum cleaner.

Replace the dust bag when the dust indicator (5) turns red.

Open the front cover by pressing the lock clip (8), take out the bag holder and then remove the dust bag.

The front cover will not close until the dust bag and holder have been replaced properly back inside.

Clean the inlet and outlet motor filter regularly using warm water. If the filter is damaged in any way it should be replaced immediately. Make sure that the vacuum is dis-connected from the mains supply before you attempt to clean or change any parts.

Safety Warnings:

Read all instructions before you use the vacuum cleaner.

Make sure that the dust bag is properly installed before you switch on.

Do not vacuum water or inflammable liquids.

Do not vacuum burning material or ashes.

Do not operate your vacuum cleaner if there are any blockages in the pipes or brush.

Do not use or store the vacuum cleaner in high temperatures.

Do not allow young children to use the vacuum cleaner.

Always turn your vacuum off immediately if there is any abnormal noise or smell or if it becomes broken in any way.

Do not attempt to carry out repairs yourself. Always contact a qualified repair agent.

Do not use the vacuum without a motor filter fitted.

Always empty the dust bag when the dust indicator is red.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a service engineer or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

The unit must be protected by a 13 amp fuse.
