MIL-W1897L wireless client card simply plugs into the a notebook port on your computer providing you with a reliable wireless connection to your network. The ShAir Access advanced double antenna design with increased radio power enables ShAir Access to outperform most other standard clients.

Dynamic rate shifting between 1Mbps and 11Mbps ensures reliable, always-available network connections. IEEE 802.11b RC4 64/128 bit WEP (Wireless Equivalent Privacy) encryption support helps protect your data. Additional security with HAC TM layer MAC address registration/blocking when used with MiLAN Sh Air Bridge, Sh Air Office or Sh Air Access AP mode connections. Average radio power of 18dBm plus extendable antenna and dynamic rate shifting ensure reliable connections, with speeds up to 11 Mbps, and an operating range of up to 400 meters(1310 feet).**
