Features
1. Cubic microwave
The oven utilizes the advanced scattered radiation technology, bringing more even distribution of microwave inside the cavity by a radiating antenna, and producing real cubic microwave.
2. Larger utilization ratio of cavity
The traditional turntable system is cancelled, which enhances about 25% of effective cavity volume more than the microwave oven with turntable system under the same cavity volume.
3. Microwave & light wave grilling
The oven utilizes multilevel microwave and light wave grilling, a perfect combination in cooking food.
4. Safe in usage
Benefited from integrated stamping forming technology and unique choke structure, the door of the oven can effectively avoid microwave radiation. It also adopts two-step interlock and opening monitor system, which can switch off the power supply automatically if the door is opened, thus ensure the safe usage.
5. Particular “steam” function
Based on microwave shielding technology and bottom rotary wave technology, the oven offers a particular “steam” cooking method, enriching the function of microwave oven to a large extent.

Tips for Microwave Cooking
Tips for microwave cooking
Food temperature
Food humidity
Food shape
Food density
Food quantity
Bones and fat
Cover
Placement
Stirring
The lower the food temperature is, the longer the cooking time will cost. The frozen food generally costs longer time than the common food.
Humid food absorbs more microwave energy. Thus the higher the food humidity is, the shorter the cooking time costs.
The microwave can only pass through the food for 2-4cm under surface. Therefore the thickness of the food will influence the heating time.
Different density requires different heating time. Food with high density will cost longer cooking time.
The microwave energy is fixed and will not change with the quantity of food. Therefore large quantity of food will cost long cooking time.
Bones can transfer heat faster than common food. Fat can absorb more microwave energy. Therefore please pay attention to overheating on certain part when you cook meat with bones and fat.
It will reduce losses of heat and vapor by putting the food into container with cover, and thus will shorten the cooking time.
Place the food in circular shape and avoid piling up. It can improve the evenness during cooking.
In heating liquid food like soap, juice or beverage, please stir the liquid both before and halfway during heating. It can effectively prevent the liquid from boiling and splashing.
Sealing
Standing
Sealing the food with preservative film can prevent the liquid from splashing and soiling the cavity. It can also keep the moisture and nutrition of the food.
After cooking is finished, the food taken out of the oven is still being heated inside. Considering of the flavor and cooking degree, you can give it some standing time.
Guide and Tips for Rotary Wave Cooking
According to the feature of microwave, the following factors must be considered when you use the microwave oven to defrost, heat, grill and cook food to your favorite degree: the temperature, shape, quantity, density, medium specification and water content of the food, the shape and size of the cookware, the placement of cookware and food, and even the allocating, covering and turning over of food inside the container. Some people think that they can just put the food into the oven to achieve satisfied cooking. But it is not true because the factors mentioned above can change the distribution of microwave inside the oven and influence the heating, even if the oven can produce even microwave energy. Therefore we make some suggestions for you to achieve better cooking as following:
A. Defrosting
> Put the frozen food on steam cloth to achieve better defrosting effect.
> It is suggested to remove the package paper or plastic of the frozen food. Otherwise it may produce vapor or water and result in over-defrosting.
> If the quantity of frozen food is large, please set multi-step defrosting: check the food and turn them over during defrosting to avoid over-defrosting. 2-5 minutes standing time is recommended after defrosting.
> If the food is uneven in thickness, the small and thin part may be ripe in defrosting. Please keep the thickness of food under 3cm, and wrap the small and thin part of food such as the tail of fish with aluminum foil.
B. Heating beverage or cooking
> To heat liquid food (such as canned milk, coconut milk), please first remove the package, and then pour it into ceramic cup or glass. The original package may be tin can or aluminum foil, which can shield microwave and thus can not heat the food.
> According to the feature of microwave (capable of passing through the food for 2-4cm under surface), food contained with dish shall have thickness less than 4cm; at the same time, it is suggested to distribute the food (such as vegetable, meat and fish) evenly along the shape of the dish (if the fish body is too thick, please cut it into thin pieces in cooking) to avoid excessive thickness at the center part.
> To cook food like patty, cake, peanut etc, it is preferred to undercooking rather than overcooking. Undercooking can be modified by increasing cooking time, and turning over the food, stirring or rotating the container, so as to prevent the food from uneven cooking (some part is undercooked while other part is overcooked).
13
Guide and Tips for Rotary Wave Cooking
> Different types of food shall be cooked separately. If you cook different types of food together, it may cause uneven heating. To cook food more than 2 pieces at the same time, the quantity of each piece shall be basically the same
> In turning over the food or during cooking, it is recommended to cover the food with preservative film (pastry food must be covered with preservative film) to keep the moisture of the food, and acquire better cooking effect.
> In cooking soap or rice, please add cover (with holes) to the container and reserve no less than half of the container space to avoid boiling and overflowing of the liquid.
> It is recommended to keep the food inside the cavity for about 2 minutes after cooking. The heat exchange will continue cooking the food.
> Popcorns must be the prepackaged commercial popcorns with paper package applicable for microwave cooking. Please follow the instructions of the food manufacturer exactly. Do not leave the oven unattended during cooking, otherwise it may be overcooked and cause fire.
C. Grilling
> In grilling of thin meat, sea food or patty, please keep periodical view on the cooking. At half time of grilling, please open the door, turn over the food carefully, rotate the grilling rack together with food for 180 degree horizontally, and continue cooking.
> It is recommended to keep an eye on the oven during grilling to avoid overcooking.
> In cooking cookies, try to keep each piece of food with the same shape, size and thickness.
Maintenance · Repair
Maintenance: Periodical maintenance and cleaning can guarantee the normal operation of microwave oven.
Use soft cloth and neutral soapy water to clean the cabinet, and wipe it with soft dry cloth.
Use humid cloth to clear the food scrap on the door, door seal and inside the cavity. Use wet cloth and soapy water t o clear the greasy stain.
Keep the inner side of the door clean. Remove any food residue as it may cause igniting, smell or rusty spot inside the cavity.
If the power supply cable is damaged or faulty, make sure to have it replaced by the professional maintenance personnel of the manufacturer or after-sale services department.
Remarks: If the microwave oven is idle for a long time, please unplug from the outlet, clean the water stain and greasy stain that may remain on each part of the oven, and place it in dry environment with good ventilation to avoid rusting.
Warning If the microwave oven has abnormal operation or is damaged, DO NOT use it any more before it is repaired by professional maintenance technicians
