Installation Instructions

Professional help is required for installation.
These installation instructions should be used as a guideline. Your specific shower or bath enclosure may differ from the figures shown in these instructions. This instruction is for shower models as follows: S-3535, S-3838, S-1615, S-3232, S3636, S-4040, S-4848 and SE-
3460.

The shower is delivered in a wood crate with carton box contents as follows:
1.S-3535 (4 boxes total): front glass panels (2) and glass doors (2), center seat plastic fiberglass panel (1), back wall panels (2), base (1) and hardware
2.S-3838(4 boxes total): front glass panels (2) and glass doors (2), center seat plastic fiberglass panel (1), back wall panels (2), base (1) and hardware
3.S-1615(4 boxes total): front glass panels (2) and glass doors (2), function panel (1), back wall panels (2), base (1) and top (1) with hardware
4.S-3232(3 boxes total): front glass panels (2) and glass doors (2), back wall panels (2), and base (1) with hardware

Hardware included:
1.Drain with flexible hose if you ordered 1-1/2” drain. It doesn’t come with a drain piece or flexible hose if you ordered 2” drain. You can buy 2” drain at a hardware store.

2.Foot massager with mounting balls if your model ordered has this function. Flexible water hose for the foot massager and through-wall elbow, washers and a ring nut.

1. Pre-installation
Check the area you want to install your unit for the following: a.Water hook-ups b.Floor drain c.Wall studs. Measure the area to ensure that once the unit is installed, the screw holes located at the top of the enclosure walls will align with a wall stud. d.120V outlet, if your unit has a built-in radio
2. Base Preparation
a.Remove the shower base or bath tub from its packaging. b.Remove all protective covering films from the base. c.Adjust the feet of the base so that the base is level when lying flat on the ground. d.Remove the plastic tubing and unscrew the top from the white plastic drain. e.Place the top portion into the drain hole in your base. f.Apply silicone sealant to the bottom portion of the white plastic drain (about
¼” from the edge of the rim) and place it over the drain hole from the underside of the base. g.Screw the top of the plastic drain into the bottom until tight. Do not over tighten as this may crack the plastic. h.Reattach the plastic piping to the plastic drain. i.Extend the piping and feed it into the floor drain. You may use 1-1/4” to
2” coupling to secure the drain pipe to your floor drain.

3. Glass Frame Assembly
a. Connect curved (or straight) rails to the vertical stiles with two metal screws as shown by the illustration. b. The bigger rail is on top c. For showers with a straight front corner (e.g. S-39), two straight rails are jointed at the corner with the L shaped corner connectors d. For all models, fixed glasses are already installed to stiles when delivered.
4. Glass Panel Installation
Install fixed glass panels to the door frame as shown by the illustration. For all models, fixed glasses are already installed to stiles when delivered. Therefore, go through steps
4, 8,and 9, to have the fixed glasses secured to the rails.

5. Glass Door Assembly
a. Install the door rollers as shown by 6, but not to tight them yet. b. Locate handle holes on the doors and install water seal strips with magnets (dark brown) on the edges near the door handles and clear strips (4) to the other edges as shown by the illustration.

6. Back wall Assembly
a. Install glass shelf, hand-held sliding bar or mounting bracket, towel bar if applicable, foot massager if applicable, soap/shampoo dispensers if applicable, mirror if applicable, through-wall elbows to back walls through pre-drilled holes. b. Please check the installation diagrams below:

7. Glass Door Installation
a. Put rollers on top of the doors into the top rail first. b. Then put the rollers on the bottom into the bottom rail. c. Tighten the rollers. d.Use a wrench to turn the plastic (offcentered) hex nuts to line up doors
(6). e. Install the door handles. f. Install the magnetic door seals to the front edges of the doors. g. Install the L door seals to the back edges of the doors, making sure the
L pointing outward to the front the glass panels.

8. Unit Assembly
a. Connect the front frame with two side-back walls. For some of the models, the ½” stainless steel screws must be put on from the backside of the shower. Therefore, this connection must be done off the shower base. Have doors removed from the front frame. b. For model S-3232, S-3636, S-3535, and S-3838, connect water supply to the shower.
You may need to move the front-frame-backwall assembly onto the base but leave enough room for water connections. c. For all other models, place front-frame-backwall assembly onto the base. You need two people to move the assembly. Put the function panel close to its designated place and connect hot and cold water supplies, water supplies to overhead shower, hand-held shower, body jets, foot massager (if apply), and electrical wires to LED lights, Fan, and speaker. d. Place the roof of the unit on tip of the shower enclosure, aligning it with the walls, and fixing it to the wall studs through the edge foldup. Note: Some of the units may not have roofs.

9. Unit installation
a. Connect and secure all water lines to the shower/bath enclosure. Make sure all connections are water tight! If your unit comes with a built-in radio, plug it into a 120V outlet. b. Match up the electrical wire connectors (by pictures on the tags) for LED lights, speaker, and fan. (The DC powers both lights If your unit has both dome and panel LED lights.) c.You may apply silicone sealant to the outer edge of the base to secure the unit to the wall. d.Secure the unit to the wall using the 3” dry wall screws. Place the dry wall screws through the holes located at the top of the enclosure walls. The screws MUST be screwed into a stud. If a stud is not available, insert a stud extender.
The second way of securing the shower unit to the wall is as follows. Mount a 17” long
2by 4 stud lumber horizontally and at the height that is right under the shower wall’s top edge. Shower unit is then screwed to these two 2 by 4s.
The third way of securing the shower unit to the wall is to use 3” drain wall screws to attach the front frame stiles to the drywall. S-3535 and S-3838 have holes pre-drilled. e.Secure the roof top (if applicable) to drywall studs through the foldup edge.
10. Caulking
Use silicon sealant to seal all of the seams or joints from inside the shower
