EASY-START SETUP GUIDE

FULLY CHARGE THE BATTERY
• Ensure the DynaSphere is OFF before charging.
• Charge the battery fully (for up to
5 hours) before using your DynaSphere for the first time.
• Connect the AC adapter to the charging port on the bottom of the handle.
• Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.

INSERT A MASSAGE ATTACHMENT
• Make sure the DynaSphere is fully charged and powered OFF.
• Select the desired massage attachment.
• Insert the stem of the attachment into the nozzle of the DynaSphere.
• Press the massage attachment in firmly to secure it.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before using the DynaSphere.
Keep this manual for reference.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Fully charge your DynaSphere for 4-5 hours before using it for the first time.
• After the first charge, your DynaSphere should typically take 4-5 hours to charge.
• The Battery Indicator LEDs will flash during charging to indicate battery level (e.g. when the battery is 80% charged, 5 of the 6 LEDs will be lit and the remaining LED will flash). When the battery is fully charged, all 6 LEDs will remain lit.
• The four Battery Indicator LEDs indicate the following battery levels:
• 6 LEDs lit = 100% • 3 LEDs lit = 40%
• 5 LEDs lit = 80%
• 4 LEDs lit = 60%
• 2 LEDs lit = 20%
• 1 LED lit = <5%
• For best results, charge the battery before it reaches 20%.
• Average run-time is 3-4 hours per charge at high speed and 6-7 hours at low speed level.
USING YOUR DYNASPHERE
1. Twist the base of the DynaSphere’s handle to the ON position to power on the unit. Once the unit is powered on, the Speed Indicator LEDs will flash to prompt you to choose a speed level.
2. Press the Speed button once to set the vibration speed to level 1. The
Speed Indicator LEDs will indicate the speed level selected. a. Press the Speed button a second time for speed level 2. Press a third time for level 3. Press a fourth time for level 4. Press a fifth time for level 5. Press a sixth time for level 6.
4. At the desired speed, float the head of the massage attachment along a muscle group. Apply pressure as needed.
5. Twist the base of the handle to the OFF position to power off the unit.
6. Always power off the unit after each use.

REMOVING AND REPLACING
A MASSAGE ATTACHMENT
1. Twist the base of the handle to the OFF position to power off the unit.
2. Grab the inserted attachment and firmly pull out to remove it.
3. Insert the stem of a new attachment into the nozzle of the unit.
4. Press the attachment in firmly to secure it.
CHARGING YOUR CELL PHONE
1. Twist the base of the handle to the OFF position to power off the unit.
2. Open the silicone stopper covering the USB Charging Port.
3. Plug your phone’s USB charging cable into the standard USB port.
NOTE: The cell phone charging feature is only available when the DynaSphere is powered off AND when the unit is not connected to power.
TIPS FOR USING YOUR DYNASPHERE
• Move the DynaSphere over the desired muscle groups, about 60 seconds per region.
• The slower you move the massage head over your muscles the better. Move approximately 1 inch per second.
• Apply pressure as needed; however, there should never be a need to press very hard. The vibration pulses do all the hard work!
• Use the DynaSphere for 15-minute sessions, up to 3 times per day.
• Avoid keeping the massage head in one area for more than 3 minutes .
• Prolonged application can traumatize tissues.

• Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Use a soft towel or cloth to wipe any dirt or moisture from unit. Do not use solvents or other chemicals.
• Store the unit fully charged, in a cool, dry place.
• If storing long-term, charge the battery every 6 months; holding a charge prevents damage to the battery.

• Keep away from pets.
• Use the DynaSphere only as instructed in this manual.
• Keep away from liquids and heat sources. Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris.
• Never use the DynaSphere while it is charging. Unplug the unit after charging and prior to using, cleaning, or installing massage attachments.
• Never leave the DynaSphere unattended while it is running or charging.
• The DynaSphere is only to be used with the provided power supply unit.
• Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble; the battery is not removeable.
• This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
IMPORTANT USAGE NOTES
• Use the DynaSphere only on soft tissues. Do not use the DynaSphere on your head or other bony regions. Do not use on neck, eyes, heart, genitals, or other sensitive areas.
• Bruising can occur regardless of the vibration speed level selected.
• Check the areas you are treating frequently and stop immediately at the first sign of pain or discomfort.
• Use only on dry, clean clothing or skin. We recommend using the DynaSphere over clothing (e.g. form-fitting athletic wear, leggings, etc.).
• Keep hair, fingers, and other body parts away from the stem of the massage attachment as pinching may occur.
