Bolt Rear Base (2) & Foot Plate (7) to the
Base (1), install the Seat Pad (17) on the Base (1) using bolting shown.
2.
Insert Guide Rod (6) in the holes on top of the
Rear Base (2), slide the Rubber Bumper (N),
Weight Stack (19) & Weight Stack Top Plate (18) all the way down the Guide Rod (6).
3.
Bolt the Top Beam (4) & the Main Upright (3) together, then bolt it on the Base (1) and on the
Guide Rod (6).
4.
Tighten the Lat Bar Hook R&L (10) loosely as you will need to adjust it when installing the pulley in a later step.

Cables are a consumable and must be treated as such. As a minimum, an annual inspection must be performed on all cable ends and full lengths. A cable must be replaced immediately if broken exposed wires and/or a break in cable coating are found.

Start installation of the Lat Top Cable (AU) at the front 3-1/2" Pulley (M) and Lat Bar Hooks R&L
(10) using bolting and Nylon Spacers 3/8" x 1/2" (J) shown.
6.
Continue installing Lat Top Cable and 3-1/2" Pulleys in order until all Pulleys have been installed.
Cable must be positioned on the pulley and then bolted in place using bolting and Nylon Spacers as shown.
7.
Loosely bolt two Floating Pulley Brackets (11), one 3-1/2" Pulley and Lat Top Cable together as shown. After Low Cable (AV) has been installed, complete the connection with Lat Top Cable as shown and tighten both bolts.

Bolt Weight Stack Shroud (9) and two Wt Stack Front Shrouds R&L (8) to the Rear Base using bolting shown. NOTE: Wt. Stack Front Shrouds R&L must overlap Weight Stack Shroud .

Install Edge Trim 93" (O).
