Frequently asked questions

Use the Subwoofer Level Control to adjust the volume of the subwoofer relative to the rest of your system.

The Phase Control (0° or 180°) determines whether the subwoofer's movement aligns with or opposes your main speakers. Adjust for optimal bass output at your listening position.

The Low-Pass control adjusts the highest frequency the subwoofer reproduces. The High-Pass control (if applicable based on your connection method) adjusts the frequency at which your main speakers begin reproducing sound. Adjust both these controls to complement each other and your main speakers; or leave crossover adjustment to your receiver/processor if connected as described in Hookup 3.

The Video Contour switch optimizes the subwoofer's performance for movies, enhancing impact and excitement.
