Users with BlackBerry® Device Software 4.5 and 4.6, had an incorrect instant messaging icon that appeared in the task switcher. (DT 765914)
Users could send an instant message to themselves and the error message displayed was vague. (DT 758523)
Home screen indicators did not accurately reflect the user's availability. (DT 745727)
User alerts for sign in and sign out did not always work. (DT 745407)
Users with BlackBerry® Device Software 6.0 could not save a contact's display picture. (DT 744820)
The status indicators and new unread message indicator for instant messages were not displayed correctly in the Messages application. (DT 710598)
When a user in a chat session invited a third participant, the third participant did not receive an alert until a message was sent by one of the conference participants. (DT 705146)

When a user added a custom status when there was an existing personal note, it caused the personal note to clear. (DT 545280)
There was no character limit for the custom status field on the My Info screen. A very long status (thousands of characters) could cause unexpected behavior on the user's device and the devices of the user's contacts. (DT 526614)
After a user created a Custom Status, the actual status and the checked status in the My Status drop-down list were not consistent. (DT 526575)
If a user had a login password with greater than 15 characters, they could not be automatically logged in to the instant messaging client. (DT 510025)

The emoticon edges appeared pixilated compared to emoticons in other instant messaging clients. (DT 450348)
In French, the word "hors" was truncated in the Status drop-down list of the My Info screen. (DT 430090)
In Italian, there was an untranslated string that appeared in the menu during a group conversation. (DT 430088)
