序言
感谢您使用杰顿公司生产的JS 系列三相晶闸管交流调整器。
JS 系列三相晶闸管交流调压/调功器，是移相触发型和过零触发型的晶闸管电力控制器。调整器具有过流、缺相、
晶闸管过热等多种保护功能；可广泛应用于工业各领域的电压、电流、功率的调节，适用于电阻性负载、电感性负载、
变压器一次侧等，主要应用如下：
◇ 以镍铬、铁铬铝、远红外发热元件及硅钼棒、硅碳棒等为加热元件的温度控制。
◇ 盐浴炉、工频感应炉、淬火炉、熔融玻璃的温度控制。
◇ 整流变压器、电炉变压器一次侧控制。
◇ 三相力矩电动机的速度控制。
◇ 电压、电流、功率、灯光等无级平滑调节。
◇ 恒压、恒流、恒功率控制。
1.1 开箱检查注意事项
在开箱时,请认真确认：
1．在运输过程中是否有破损现象；
2．本机铭牌的额定值是否与您的订货要求一致。
如发现某种遗漏，请速与我们或供货商联系解决。

1.3 安全注意事项
“危险”与“注意” 的定义：

由于没有按要求操作，可能造成严重设备损坏或人员伤亡的场合。

调整器应安装在金属等不可燃物上，否则有发生火灾的危险。
不要安装在含有爆炸气体的环境里，否则有引发爆炸的危险。
不要把易燃、易爆物品放在调整器附近，否则有引发爆炸的危险。
不要将螺钉、垫片等金属物掉进调整器内部，否则有引发爆炸和发生火灾的危险。
! 注意
调整器应安装在无导电尘埃，无破坏绝缘的气体或蒸汽的环境中。
安装在无剧烈震动和冲击的地方；垂直安放，以利通风。
调整器有损伤或接线脱落时，请不要安装运行，否则有发生火灾、受伤的危险。
1.3.2 配线
! 危险
必须由具有专业资格的人员进行配线作业，否则有触电的危险。
确认输入电源处于完全断开的情况下，才能进行配线作业，否则有触电的危险。
必须将调整器的接地端子可靠接地，否则有触电的危险。
不要将螺钉、垫片及金属物掉进调整器内部，否则有引发爆炸和发生火灾的危险。
! 注意
调整器主回路端子与导线鼻子必须牢固连接，否则有损坏财物的危险。
严禁将交流220V 或380V 电源接入控制板的信号控制端子，否则会损坏调整器。
调整器主回路接线用电缆鼻子的裸露部分，一定要用绝缘胶带包扎好，否则有发生火灾、损
坏财物的危险。
1.3.3 维护
! 危险
必须由具有专业资格的人员才能更换零件，严禁将线头或金属物遗留在调整器内，否则有引
发爆炸和发生火灾的危险。
更换控制板后,必须在上电运行前进行参数调整和匹配,否则有损坏财物的危险。

2. JS 16 型三相晶闸管调整器
JS 16 系列采用翻盖式结构，智能型触发控制电路板置于壳体内部，结构简洁，安装方便。
JS 16 has a turn-cover structure with the intelligent control board installed under the front panel,simple and convernitent for installing.
JS 16 系列内置电流互感器和快速熔断器，保护功能健全。

手动控制： ·外接“手动控制电位器”可连续调节输出（相当于“自动”方式输入信号对输出的控制）
Manual power control: Adjustment output can be adjusted continuously by wxternal manual power adjuster.
(The effect is the same as automatic control mode )
斜率调整（输出限幅）：·输入与输出关系曲线的斜率，亦指最大输入所对应的输出值，可在 0～100%范围内设定。
External power adjustment Slope of output characteristic curve and the output for the maximum input can be set in the
(Output-voltage limiting): range of 0～100%.
·此功能可防止被调参数过冲和防止烧坏加热器
This function can prevent the adjusted parameter from overflow to burn out heater.
基点调整： ·最小输入值对应的输出值称为基点，可在 0～100%范围内设定
Base power adjustment: Output value for the minimum input is called base point,which can be set in the range of 0～100%
·基点设定可使最小输入时有一定的输出，适用于初始温度上升较慢的设备
There is a little output by base power function for the minimum input,which is applicable to the equipment with a very slow temperature-rising.
电流限制： ·仅适用于移相调压方式
Current-limiting: Only be applicable to the phase angle control mode.
·电流限制值可在额定电流的 20～100%间设定
Over-current value can be set in the range of 20～100% of rating current.
·负载电流达到设定值后不再随输入值增加
After the current of load is up to the preset value,it will not increase following the intput siganl
·可防止温度增长过快和烧坏加热器
This function can prevent the heater from becoming too hot to break.
过电流保护： ·适用于移相调压型和调功型
Over-current protection: Be applicable to the phase angle control mode and cycle base zero voltage trigger mode
·调功型在导通的时间内“过流保护”功能起作用
Over-current protection function works in the time of the thyristor opening in the mode of cycle base zero voltage trigger.
·负载电流达到过流保护设定值后即：停止输出、报警继电器动作、红色 LED 灯直亮
When the load current is up to the over-current value,the output will stop and the alarm relay will act,and the red
LED will light.
缓启动缓关断时间： ·均为 15sec.

指示灯及报警功能： ·输入指示灯：蓝色，其亮度正比于输入信号（手动时不亮）

5.1 日常保养及维护
由于环境的温度、湿度、粉尘及振动的影响，调整器内部的器件老化及磨损等诸多原因，都会导致调整器潜在的故障发生；因此，有
必要对调整器实施日常和定期的保养及维护。
调整器必须按照规定的使用环境运行。另外，运行中也可能发生一些意外的情况，作好日常的保养工作，保持良好的运行环境，记录
日常运行数据，并对异常数据进行分析及早发现异常原因，是延长调整器使用寿命的好办法。
用户根据使用环境，可以3～6 个月对调整器进行一次定期检查。检查内容包括：
（1）控制端子螺丝是否松动，用螺丝刀拧紧。
（2）主回路端子是否有接触不良的情况，铜排连接处是否有过热痕迹。
（3）电力电缆控制电缆有无损伤，在尤其是与金属表面接触的表皮是否有割伤的痕迹。
（4）电力电缆鼻子的绝缘包扎带是否已脱落。
（5）对电路板、风道上的粉尘全面清扫，最好使用吸尘器。
（6）长期存放的调整器必须在2 年以内进行一次通电实验。通电时，采用调整器缓缓升高至额定值，时间近5 小时，可以不带负载。
用户购买调整器，暂时存贮和长期存贮必须注意以下几点：
（1）请避免在高温、潮湿及富含尘埃、金属粉尘的场所保存，要保证通风良好。
（2）长时间存放导致电解电容的劣化，必须保证在2 年之内通一次电，通电时间至少5 小时，输入电压必须用调整器缓缓升高至额定值。
5.2 调整器的保修
（1）保修范围仅指调整器本体；
（2）在正常使用情况下，发生故障或损坏，厂家负责12 个月保修，12 个月以上，将收取合理的维修费用；
（3）即使在12 个月内，如发生以下情况，应收取一定的维修费用：
不按用户手册操作使用，带来的机器损害；
由于火灾、水灾、电压异常等造成的损害；
将调整器用于非正常功能时造成的损害；
有关服务费用按照实际费用计算，如有契约，以契约优先的原则处理。
