Safety instructions

Please read and keep that manual.

The device installation process should be carried out by the qualified specialists.

Use the device from the –40 ˚C to +50 ˚C (–40 ˚F to 122 ˚F), always keep it within that temperature range.

Installation surface should be free from vibration and impact influence.

Keep this device far from open sources of heat, such as radiators, heaters, and ovens.

The device can be installed near other electronic equipment in case if the temperature of the environment does not exceed previously mentioned range.

The device should be protected from the direct influence of the natural phenomena, such as direct sunlight, rain or snow.

Don’t use aggressive or abradant detergent for the device surface cleaning.

Use soft wet cloth or tissues to remove strong dirt.

Nature protection

Don’t throw away the device with other industrial or nutritive trash if you see that symbol. Some regions have separation and recycling systems for the electronic equipment. Connect with local authorities to receive information about recycling of electronic equipment for your region.

Note:

Imani monitor can be powered by 12V power supply or by PoE (802.3af) through LAN connector.

Total network cable length between devices must not exceed 80 meters for PoE connection (red) and 100 meters for ordinary connection (without PoE).

4.2 Unit mount

1) Take a bracket from the kit and place it 150-160 cm (4.9-5.2 ft.) from the floor line.

2) Mark and drill four halls and prepare space in the wall that should be used for wires setup.

3) Take four wall anchors from the kit and hammer them into the drilled halls.

4) Fix the bracket on the wall by the screws from the kit.

6) Connect all communication wires and fix the outdoor station on the mounting bracket.

There four main menues here:

Security – alarm settings;

Intercom – call other monitors, view image from outdoor panels and records playback;

Message – view messages history;

Setup – monitor settings.

5.1. Security

This menu contains alarm setup options, such as sensors type, delays, sensors schedule, scenarios, etc.

ON/OFF: alarm scenarios activation, four options are available, active scenario highlighted by the circle;

Out – enable this scenario when you are out of home;

Home – enable this scenario when you are at home;

Sleep – enable this scenario in a night time;

OFF – disable alarm functions.

Default alarm password is: 1234

Camera: IP cameras monitoring, press or button to select camera for monitoring then press to start monitoring. Press button to stop monitoring.

For adding and deleting IP cameras from the list refer to devece web interface settings (page).

Zone: alarm zones setup defines types of sensors and working delays for each zone. Default password for entering zone setup is: 1234. Zones setup can only be performed if alarm is off;

NO. – zone input number;

Type – «Normal» enables current zone only in armed mode, «Emergency» or «24 Hour» makes current zone always active;

Mode – input trigerring type «3C», «NO», «NC» or «BELL» options are available;

Delay – delay before alarm activation in seconds, can be set as 0s, 5s, 15s, 20s, 25s, 40s, 60s;

Sensor – sensor type is used for information purpose while alarming, «Smoke», «Gas», «Pir», «Door»,

«Window», «Panic» or «Flood» options are available;

Scene: alarm scene setup defines which number of sensors must be monitored in every scenario. Default password for entering scene setup is: 1234.

sign means that currrent zone is enabled for corresponding scenario.

Activation time is the time alarming is in progress, can be set as None, 30s, 40s, 60s, 100s or 300s.

Call Out Monitor Records

Call Out: input 1-3 digit building number + «Building» button + 2 digit unit number + «Unit» button + 4 digit room number, then press to start call.

Press «Center» button to call management center, the system will call management center from1 to 5. If the management center can not be reached or the call failed, the system calls next management center.

Monitor: press icon to switch outdoor panel and flat camera mode. Press or icon to switch video inputs then press icon to start monitoring. Press icon to stop monitoring or press icon to open lock.

6. Web interface

Enter indoor monitor IP adress into PC’s browser address line to enter web interface. Note that your PC must be in the same segment of local network.

Enter to the web interface using next parameters (by default):

Login: admin

Password: 123456

Then press “SIGN IN” button.

Below you can see web interface main screen:

Press «Address» bookmark on the left side of the screen to enter monitor logical address settings:

Build – building number (2 figures);

Unit – unit number (2 figures);

Floor – floor number (2 figures);

Room – room number (2 figures);

Device – if there are several indoor monitors then use different device numbers for each device (0-8);

Sync – synchronization password must be the same for all devices with the same room number.

Server – management server IP address;

Password – management server password.

Here you can find current door station firmware version and SIP status.

6.2. «Network» bookmark

Press «Network» bookmark on the left side of the screen to enter monitor network settings:

DHCP – disable to enter IP address manually or enable to receive IP address automatically from network device (like router);

IP – device IP address;

Mask – device subnet mask;

6.4. «SIP Settings» bookmark

Press «IP Settings» bookmark on the left side of the screen to enter monitor SIP settings:

Enable/Disable – enable/disable SIP function;

Proxy – proxy server name (default value – sip:pbx.slinex.com );

Realm – authentication host (default value – pbx.slinex.com);

User – SIP account user name;

Password – SIP account password;

H.264 – H.264 profile (default value – 102);

STUN IP – STUN server name (default value – stun.I.google.com);

STUN port – STUN port number (default value – 19302);

Timeout – SIP call timeout in seconds.

6.4. «Others» bookmark

Press «Others» bookmark on the left side of the screen to enter monitor other settings:

Reboot – press to restart indoor monitor.

6.5. «Logout» bookmark

Press «Logout» bookmark on the left side of the screen to enter logout menu:

Submit – press to logout from indoor monitor web interface.

7. Limited warranty

Manufacturer guarantees product normal functioning during the warranty period if the user keeps all safety instructions described in that manual.

Warranty period is 12 months from the moment of the product purchasing (warranty period could be extended up to 24 months or more, depending on the local regulations).

Warranty period allows user to make guarantee repair in cases when normal functioning of the product was violated by the fault of manufacturer and the user haven’t offend transporting, installation and working conditions.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

Warranty void in such cases:

• the product was damaged by the fault of the customer;

• the product wasn’t properly installed according reccomendations from the manual;

• the sticker on the backside of the product was broken;

• the product was not used for its intended function.

This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective products, as provided above. Manufacturer is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing products.

This warranty excludes third party software, connected equipment or stored data. Manufacturer is therefore not liable for any losses or damage attributable to third party software, connected equipment or stored data.

In the event a product has been discontinued, manufacturer shall either repair the product, offer to replace it with a comparable product or provide a refund at the lesser of the purchase price or the product’s current value.

Repaired or replacement products will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty term.
