Frequently asked questions

The Holley Sniper 12-356 includes a fuel pump hanger assembly, fuel pump inlet filter, tank lock ring and gasket, two inlet/outlet fittings, and two fill vent fittings.

A post-pump filter, relay kit, bypass fuel regulator, minimum fuel line requirements, and fittings for the flange and factory fuel lines are required for installation.

To install the pump hanger, disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove the fuel tank from the vehicle, remove the OEM fuel unit from the tank, press the included filter onto the pump inlet, install the O-ring gasket into the groove in the tank, install the Holley unit into the tank, and lock the unit in the tank with the included lock ring.

To wire the Holley unit, use a fuel pump relay such as Holley P/N 12-753. Connect the red wire to Relay Pin 87, the black wire to Chassis Ground, the white wire to Dark Blue/Yellow or Yellow/White OEM wire, and the green wire to Chassis Ground.

To check for fuel leaks, re-connect the battery, fill the tank with gas, energize the unit, and check for leaks. If any leaks are found, immediately de-energize the unit and repair them.

To set the pressure regulator, cycle the key between the on and off positions a few times to build system pressure. Ensure that the regulator is set to the desired pressure. If not, adjust the pressure regulator to the desired pressure.
