Brawa V15 – H0

This locomotive was used by Deutsche Reichsbahn in various locations, enabling smaller stations to enhance the efficiency of their shunting services. Built to be the successor to the Köf II, the V 15 emerged from an industrial locomotive produced by LKM Babelsberg. Following a prototype locomotive from 1958, a pilot series of 20 units was launched in 1959, with the production of 249 locomotives of the V 15.20 series commencing in 1960.

Locomotive capabilities:

  • The V15’s incorporate a 6-cylinder diesel engine, providing an output of 110 kW (150 HP).
  • The locomotive has a wheel diameter of 900 mm.
