Programming Step 2 [ Y PWR PGM STATUS a Mn o © Depress the button marked “РОМ” on the Martec Access Products HomeLink® Compatible Default Receiver. This will cause the “STATUS” LED on the receiver to light. You now have 30 seconds to complete step 3. Programming Step 3 Depress the HomeLink® Universal Transceiver button that you have selected to control the opener: continue holding until the “STATUS” LED on the receiver goes “OFF”. You now have 30 seconds to complete step 4. Г Programming Step 4 Depress the same HomeLink® Universal Transceiver button a second time and hold until “STATUS” LED on the receiver starts to flash. The default rolling code format is now installed. Your installation is now complete. NOTE: To install additional HomeLink® Universal Transceiver buttons follow Programming Steps 2, 3, and 4 for each button. Ifa seventh HomeLink® Universal Transceiver button is installed into the Martec Access Products HomeLink® Compatible Default Receiver, the first button installed will be pushed out. All buttons are treated on a “first in”, “first out” basis after six individual buttons have been installed. This warranty excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability. Martec Access Products shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages that may arise from any defect or failure of the radio control device. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages. The default receiver can be used to | program up to six HomeLink transceiver: ' buttons. The power is supplied to the receiver | by a 24 volt plug-in transformer. Plug the 24 Volt Power Transformer Lead Plug the power transformer lead into the receiver output terminal marked “PWR”. Step 4. Plug the Power Transformer into a 115 VAC Receptacle. Reconnect power to the opener and proceed to programming. PROGRAMMING A NOTE: The Martec Access Products HomeLink® Compatible Default Receiver can be programmed before it is mounted and connected to the opener. Simply plug the power transformer into a convenient receptacle or extension cord, connect the 24 volt power transformer lead to the receiver, and proceed with the Programming Instructions. After programming, unplug the transformer from the temporary power source and move the receiver and power transformer to their permanent locations. Connect the white wire harness from the receiver to the push button or radio control terminals. Programming Step 1 Enable the HomeLink® Universal Transceiver to transmit the default code by simultaneously holding the three push buttons down for 20 seconds until the transceiver LED changes from solid “On” to flashing “On and Off”. Continue to hold the buttons down for approximately 10 additional seconds until the transceiver LED stops flashing and goes out. The HomeLink® Universal Transceiver is now in the default rolling code format. CAUTION The opener may operate unexpectedly as you are programming your remote controls. (continued) ">
