Make sure the MT680-AMWTAG is plugged into an external power source for approximately 12 hours for the first time use. It will then operate for approximately two hours or can store data for 24 hours without external power.

You can check the Power Properties by tapping Start → Settings → Control Panel → double-tap Power. The status icon appears on the MT680-AMWTAG’s task-bar indicating the low battery status.

You can extend the battery life by changing the automatic power settings, reducing the CPU speed, and minimizing the backlight.
