Please try:
Question 1:The newly received device cannot connect to the network
Answer:Please check if there is a network signal and whether the network signal is 2.4Ghz WiFi. If it is not 2.4Ghz
WiFi, you can switch WiFi to 2.4Ghz WiFi by setting the router. Then press and hold the switch for about 5 seconds, and the green indicator light will flash quickly. You can use your mobile phone to pair with this outdoor plug.
Question 2:The outdoor smart plug cannot be controlled after changing the WiFi password.
Answer:In this case, the green indicator light should be off. You can open the APP, find the device, and then remove the device. After removing the device, follow the steps to connect to the network when you first received the product, and do this again to solve this problem.
Question 3:The device plugged in the outdoor does not work
Answer:You can first plug the device into another socket to test whether it can work normally. If it works, please follow the steps below
1. If the blue indicator light does not light up, you press the switch, when the blue indicator light is on, the problem will be solved;
2. If the blue indicator light is on, but the device plugged into the outdoor plug still does not work. Open the App, check the status of the corresponding socket, if the socket is turned off, please turn on the socket. Because the sockets of this outdoor plug are individually controlled, you can turn off any socket as needed.
Question 4:I tried many methods but couldn't solve the problem
Answer:Here is a universal solution, you can follow the steps below:
1. Make sure your WiFi is 2.4Ghz WiFi;
2. Open the APP, find the device, and remove the device.
3. After waiting for 2 minutes,long press the switch for about 5 seconds, then the green indicator light to flash quickly;
4. Open the APP, enter the WiFi account and password, and link the device;
5. When the blue and green indicator lights are on, it means that the outdoor plug is successfully connected and the device can be used. If the blue indicator light is not on, press the switch once and the blue indicator light will light up.
If the green indicator does not light up, reconnect from the first step.
When the outdoor plug is successfully connected to the network and is in normal working condition, the green and blue indicator lights will be on at the same time. If the green indicator light is off, it means that the outdoor plug is not connected to the network and you need to reconnect to the network. If the blue indicator light is out of quantity, it means that the outlet of the outdoor plug is in a power-off state.
