• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing goed door en bewaar deze zorgvuldig.

• Gebruik dit apparaat alleen zoals beschreven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing.

• Dit apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden door kinderen en personen die door een lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke beperking, of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis het apparaat niet veilig kunnen gebruiken, tenzij ze instructies hebben gehad over het gebruik van het apparaat door een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid.

• Kinderen moeten in de gaten gehouden worden om er zeker van te zijn dat ze niet met het apparaat spelen.

• Laat reparaties uitvoeren door een gekwalificeerde monteur. Probeer nooit zelf het apparaat te repareren.

Bepaalde delen van het apparaat kunnen heet worden.

Raak deze niet aan om te voorkomen dat u zich verbrandt.

• Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met de aangegeven netspanning op het typeplaatje van het apparaat.

• Controleer of het stopcontact waarop u het apparaat aansluit, geaard is.

• Het apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden wanneer het apparaat of het aansluitsnoer zichtbaar beschadigd zijn. Bied in zo’n geval het apparaat ter controle of reparatie aan een gekwalificeerde monteur aan.

• Omdat voor de vervanging van het aansluitsnoer speciaal gereedschap nodig is, mag bij beschadiging van het aansluitsnoer, deze uitsluitend door een gekwalificeerde monteur vervangen worden.

• Ondeskundig uitgevoerde reparaties kunnen gevaarlijke gevolgen hebben.

• Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact neemt, trek dan aan de stekker zelf, niet aan het aansluitsnoer.

• Let erop dat het aansluitsnoer en de stekker niet in aanraking komen met hittebronnen. Laat het aansluitsnoer dan ook nooit over de kachel zelf hangen.

• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat nooit is afgedekt.

VeiligHeidsVoorscHriften - gebruik

• Bepaalde delen van het apparaat kunnen heet worden. Raak de warme delen van het apparaat niet aan om te voorkomen dat u zich verbrandt.

• Let er op dat het aansluitsnoer nergens blijft hangen waardoor het apparaat zou kunnen vallen.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet in de buurt van een andere warmtebron. Let er op dat de warme onderdelen van het apparaat niet in contact komen met

Handleiding licht ontvlambare stoffen zoals een handdoek.

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de buitenlucht of in een badkamer.

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit om artikelen op te drogen

• Neem de stekker uit het stopcontact na ieder gebruik en tijdens reiniging van het apparaat.

• Schakel het apparaat uit als u storingen ondervindt tijdens het gebruik, de stekker uit het stopcontact

haalt, of klaar bent met gebruik.

• Zet het apparaat op een hittebestendig vlak oppervlak. Let er op dat het apparaat niet kan omvallen.

• Het toestel mag niet in werking worden gesteld door middel van een externe tijdschakelaar, of door een

afzonderlijk systeem met afstandsbediening.

Werking - Algemeen

Het apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijke doeleinden, niet voor professioneel gebruik. 6

Werking - Voor het eerste gebruik

Haal de kachel uit de verpakking en verwijder alle verpakkingsonderdelen.

Bij het eerste gebruik kan de convectorkachel ruiken. Dit heeft te maken met een eerste verwarming van gebruikte componenten. De geur verdwijnt na 1 à 2 minuten.

Werking - Montage steunvoetjes

Voordat u de convectorkachel mag gebruiken, moeten de twee steunvoetjes gemonteerd worden door middel van de bijgeleverde schroefjes, figuur 2.

Werking - Plaatsing

Plaats de convectorkachel in de te verwarmen ruimte, op een stabiele ondergrond. De werking van de kachel is gebaseerd op het verwarmen van plaatsen ongeveer 20 à 25 cm voor het raam. Circulatie van lucht treedt op door afkoeling van de lucht door het raam en verwarming door de convectorkachel, zie figuur 3.

Zorg ervoor dat lucht gemakkelijk door de kachel kan stromen. Daarom moeten de onderkant en bovenkant van de convectorkachel altijd vrij blijven. Hang nooit artikelen op de convectorkachel om te drogen. Door

1. Draai de thermostaatknop helemaal naar “O” .

3. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

4. Kies met de gewenste functieknop de gewenste instelling

Functieknop a = 1250Watt

Functieknop b = 750Watt

Functieknop a+b = 2000Watt

5. Draai de thermostaatknop in de richting van “MAX”. Het apparaat schakelt in als u een klik hoort, het indicatielampje aan/uit gaat dan branden. Door de thermostaatknop verder door te draaien, verhoogt u de ingestelde temperatuur.

6. Zet de turboventilator aan, met de functieknop c, als u de warmte snel in de ruimte wilt verspreiden.

U kunt ook alleen de turboventilator aan zetten om alleen koude lucht te verspreiden

7. Zet na gebruik het apparaat weer uit door de functieknop uit zetten en neem de stekker uit het stopcontact. Zet de thermostaatknop weer op “O”

Om de ideale thermostaatinstelling te vinden, draait u de thermostaatknop helemaal rechtsom. Wanneer de ruimte op de gewenste temperatuur is, draait u de knop weer langzaam linksom, totdat u een klik hoort. Het apparaat slaat nu af. De temperatuurcontrole zorgt ervoor dat de ingestelde temperatuur

• Zorg dat u de luchtinlaat en -uitlaat nooit afdekt.

• De thermostaat schakelt het verwarmingselement en de turboventilator uit zodra de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt.

• De convectorkachel is voorzien van een oververhittingsbeveiliging. Bij een te hoge gedaald is, schakelt de oververhittingsbeveiliging uit en kan de convectorkachel weer gebruikt worden.

• Reinig de convectorkachel met een vochtige doek. Indien nodig kunt u de convectorkachel reinigen met een sopje. Zorg ervoor dat er geen vloeistof in de convectorkachel komt.

• Droog het apparaat na het reinigen grondig.

• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water.

Gebruik geen agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen of scherpe voorwerpen (zoals messen of harde borstels) bij het reinigen.

• Werp verpakkingsmateriaal zoals plastic en dozen in de daarvoor bestemde containers.

• Dit product aan het eind van de gebruiksduur niet inleveren als normaal huishoudelijk afval, maar bij een inzamelpunt voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparatuur. Let op het symbool op het product, de gebruiksaanwijzing of de verpakking.

• De materialen kunnen hergebruikt worden zoals aangegeven. Door uw hulp bij hergebruik, de verwerking van de materialen of ander vormen van de benutting van oude apparatuur levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan de bescherming van ons milieu.

• Informeer bij de gemeente naar het juiste inzamelpunt bij u in de buurt.

1. In de genoemde garantieperiode zullen geen kosten worden berekend voor arbeidsloon en materiaal.

De onder garantie uitgevoerde reparatie verlengt de garantietermijn niet.

2. Defecte onderdelen of bij remplace (omruiling) de defecte apparaten zelf, worden automatisch eigendom van de importeur.

3. Elke aanspraak op garantie dient vergezeld te gaan van het aankoopbewijs van de firma. importeur.

5. De garantie is uitsluitend geldig voor de eerste koper en niet overdraagbaar.

6. De garantie is niet geldig voor schade die is ontstaan door: a. ongevallen, verkeerd gebruik, slijtage en/of verwaarlozing; b. foutieve installatie en/of gebruik op een manier die in strijd is met de geldende wettelijke, technische of veiligheidsnormen; c. aansluiting op een andere netspanning dan die op het typeplaatje staat vermeld; d. een ongeautoriseerde wijziging; e. een reparatie die is uitgevoerd door derden; f. een onzorgvuldige transportwijze zonder geschikte verpakking respectievelijk bescherming.

7. Op deze garantiebepalingen zal geen aanspraak gemaakt kunnen worden bij: a. verliezen die zich tijdens het transport voordoen; b. het verwijderen of wijzigen van het serienummer van het apparaat.

9. De garantie geeft geen enkel recht op vergoeding van eventuele schade, buiten de vervanging respectievelijk reparatie van de defecte onderdelen. De importeur kan nooit aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele vervolgschade of enigerlei andere consequenties die door of in relatie met de door hem geleverde apparatuur zijn ontstaan.

10. Om aanspraak te maken op garantie kunt u zich wenden tot uw winkelier. Bestron biedt ook de mogelijkheid om het apparaat rechtstreeks ter reparatie aan te bieden aan de Bestron Service Dienst.

Stuur echter nooit zomaar iets op. Het pakket kan dan namelijk geweigerd worden en eventuele kosten zijn voor uw rekening. Neem contact op met de Service Dienst en zij zullen u vertellen hoe u het apparaat moet inpakken en verzenden.

11. Het apparaat is niet voor professioneel gebruik geschikt.

sicHerHeitsbestiMMungen - elektrizität und Wärme

Bestimmte Teile des Geräts können heiß werden.

Um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden, sollten Sie diese nicht berühren.

• Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Typenschild des

Gerätes angegebenen Stromstärke übereinstimmt.

• Kontrollieren Sie, dass die Steckdose, an die das Gerät angeschlossen wird, geerdet ist.

• Wenn das Gerät oder das Anschlusskabel sichtbar beschägt sind, dürfen diese nicht mehr benutzt werden. Lassen Sie das Gerät in einem solchen

Fall von einem qualifizierten Mechaniker überprüfen oder reparieren.

• Da für den Austausch des Anschlusskabels spezielles Werkzeug benutzt wird, darf dieses bei Beschädigung nur von einem qualifizierten Monteur ausgetauscht werden.

• Reparaturen, die nicht von einem qualifizierten Mechaniker ausgeführt wurden, können gefährliche Folgen haben.

• Ziehen Sie beim Entfernen des Steckers aus der Steckdose am Stecker und nicht am Kabel.

• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät nie abgedeckt ist. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Anschlusskabel und der Stecker nicht mit Hitzequellen in

Berührung kommen. Dass Kabel darf darum auch nie auf dem Ofen liegen.

sicHerHeitsbestiMMungen - Verwendung

• Bestimmte Teile des Geräts können heiß werden. Berühren Sie die warmen Teile des Geräts nicht, um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Anschlusskabel nirgends hängen bleibt, damit das Gerät nicht herunterfallen kann.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe anderer Wärmequellen. Achten

Sie darauf, dass die warmen Teile des Geräts nicht in Kontakt mit leicht entflammbaren Stoffen wie Handtücher kommen.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nie im Freien oder im Badezimmer.

• Trocknen Sie keine Gegenstände auf dem Ofen.

• Ziehen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch und während der Reinigung des Geräts den Stecker aus der Steckdose.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, wenn beim Gebrauch und beim Herausziehen des Steckers aus der Steckdose Störungen auftreten oder wenn Sie das

Gerät nicht mehr benutzen.

• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine hitzebeständige flache Oberfläche. Achten

Sie darauf, dass das Gerät nicht herunterfallen kann.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht mit externen Zeitschaltuhren oder Geräten die mit Fernbedienung betrieben werden.

Vor der ersten VerWendung

Nehmen Sie den Heizer aus der Verpackung und entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial.

Bei der ersten Verwendung des Konvektorofens kann Geruch entstehen. Dies hat mit einer ersten benutzung - Montage der stützfüße

Bevor Sie den Konvektorofen benutzen können, müssen die zwei Stützfüße montiert werden mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben. Siehe Abbildung 2.

Stellen Sie den Konvektorofen in dem zu heizenden Raum auf einem stabilen Untergrund auf. Die Funktion des Ofens basiert auf der Erwärmung längsströmender Luft. Daher ist es am besten, den Konvektorofen ungefähr

20 bis 25 cm vor dem Fenster aufzustellen. Durch Abkühlung der Luft durch

5. Drehen Sie den Thermostatschalter in Richtung “MAX”. Wenn Sie ein Klicken hören, ist das Gerät eingeschaltet. Die Betriebsanzeige fängt dann an zu leuchten. Durch weiteres Verdrehen des

Thermostatschalters nach rechts können Sie die eingestellte Temperatur erhöhen.

Temperaturüberwachung bewirkt, dass die eingestellte Temperatur beibehalten wird.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass der Lufteinlass und -auslass nie abgedeckt sind.

• Der Thermostat schaltet das Heizelement und den Turboventilator aus, sobald die gewünschte

Temperatur erreicht ist.

Betriebstemperatur schaltet sich der Konvektorofen automatisch aus. Sobald die Temperatur ausreichend gesunken ist, wird der Überhitzungsschutz ausgeschaltet und kann der Konvektorofen wieder verwendet werden.

reinigung und WArtung

• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und lassen Sie den Konvektorofen gut abkühlen.

• Reinigen Sie den Konvektorofen mit einem feuchten Tuch. Falls erforderlich können Sie den

Konvektorofen mit Seifenwasser reinigen. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeit in den

Der Importeur gewährt für dieses Gerät unter den folgenden Bedingungen 60 Monate Garantie ab

Kaufdatum auf Schäden, die aufgrund von Herstellungs- und/ oder Materialfehlern entstanden sind.

1. Innerhalb der genannten Garantiefrist werden keine Kosten für Arbeitslohn und Material berechnet. Die

Garantiefrist wird durch die unter Garantie ausgeführte Reparatur nicht verlängert.

Eigentum des Importeurs.

3. Bei jedem Garantieanspruch muss ein Kaufbeleg der Firma vorgelegt werden.

4. Garantieansprüche müssen entweder beim Händler, bei dem das Gerät gekauft wurde, geltend gemacht werden oder beim Importeur.

5. Die Garantie gilt nur für den ersten Käufer und ist nicht übertragbar.

6. Die Garantie gilt nicht für Schäden, die entstanden sind durch: a. Unfälle, verkehrte Benutzung, Abnutzung und/oder Verwahrlosung

Normen oder gegen Sicherheitsnormen verstößt c. Anschluss an eine andere Netzspannung als die auf dem Typenschild angegebene d. eine ungenehmigte Veränderung e. eine Reparatur, die durch Dritte ausgeführt wurde f. nachlässigen Transport ohne geeignete Verpackung bzw. ohne geeigneten Schutz

7. Auf diese Garantiebestimmungen kann kein Anspruch erhoben werden im Falle von: a. Verlusten, die während des Transports auftreten b. Entfernung oder Änderung der Geräteseriennummer

9. Außer einem Ersatz bzw. einer Reparatur der schadhaften Teile räumt die Garantie kein Recht auf Erstattung eines eventuellen Schadens ein. Der Importeur kann in keinem Fall für eventuelle gelieferte oder in Verbindung mit dem von ihm gelieferten Gerät entstanden sind.

10. Um Garantieleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, wenden Sie sicht direkt an Ihren Händler. Bestron bietet auch die Möglichkeit direkt mit dem Werkskundendienst abzuwickeln. Voraussetzung hierfür ist, dass Sie sich zunächst telefonisch, per Fax oder Mail an den Werkskundendienst wenden. Bitte schicken Sie keine Geräte unaufgefordert. Insbesondere dürfen Pakete niemals unfrei eingesendet werden. Sprechen Sie daher zuerst mit uns. Wir sagen Ihnen wie Sie Ihr Gerät an uns einsenden kundendienst

• Cet appareil n’est pas un jouet. En présence d’enfants, il est important de s’assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

• Faites effectuer les réparations par un technicien qualifié. Ne tentez jamais de réparer vous-même l’appareil.

• L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé quand soit l’appareil, soit le cordon est visiblement endommagé. Dans un tel cas, remettez l’appareil à un technicien qualifié pour contrôle et réparation.

• Le remplacement du cordon nécessite des outils spéciaux et ne peut donc

être effectuée que par un technicien qualifié.

• Une réparation par une personne non qualifiée peut avoir des conséquences graves.

• Lorsque vous débranchez la fiche, saisissez la fiche elle-même; ne tirez pas sur le cordon.

• L’appareil ne doit jamais être recouvert. Assurez-vous que ni le cordon, ni la fiche n’entre en contact avec une source de chaleur. Ne laissez jamais le cordon pendre par-dessus le radiateur.

Avant d’utiliser le radiateur à convection, vous devez obligatoirement monter les deux pieds d’appui avec les vis fournies, voir la figure 2.

Mode d’emploi sera à 20 à 25 cm devant une fenêtre. La circulation de l’air se fait automatiquement, parce que la fenêtre le refroidit et que le radiateur le réchauffe, voir la figure 3.

Veillez à ce l’air circule librement à travers le radiateur. Le dessus et le dessous du radiateur à convection doivent toujours rester libres. Ne suspendez jamais aucun objet directement sur le radiateur à convection pour le faire sécher. La chaleur développé peut le mettre en feu trop facilement.

Dès que la pièce a atteint la température désirée, vous tournez le bouton en sens inverse, vers la gauche, jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez le déclic. L’appareil cesse son activité.

Le mécanisme de contrôle de la température maintient maintenant la température réglée.

• Veillez à ne jamais recouvrir l’entrée ni la sortie d’air.

• Le thermostat arrête l’élément chauffant et le turboventilateur dès que la température réglée est atteinte.

• Le radiateur à convection est équipé d’un coupe-circuit thermique. Si la température de fonctionnement est trop élevée, le radiateur à convection s’éteint automatiquement. Une fois que la température est redescendue à un niveau sûr, le coupe-circuit thermique se désactive et le radiateur à convection est à nouveau utilisable nettoyAge et entretien

• Nettoyez le radiateur à convection avec un chiffon humide. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez nettoyer le radiateur à convection avec un peu d’eau chaude additionnée d’un peu de détergent pour la vaisselle.

The convector heater may emit a slight smell on use for the first time. This is due to the appliance being heated for the first time. The smell will disappear after 1 to 2 minutes.

5. Rotate the thermostat dial towards the “MAX” setting. The appliance will turn itself on, a click will be heard and the On/Off indicator light will be lit. The temperature is increased by turning the thermostat dial further.

6. Switch on the turbo fan if you wish to distribute the heat through the room quickly.

You can also use the turbo fan to distribute cold air. By only switching on the turbo button.

7. Switch the appliance off after use by turning the function dial to the “0” position and remove the plug from the wall socket. Set the thermostat dial to the “O” setting again.

To find the ideal thermostat setting, rotate the thermostat dial clockwise as far as possible. Once the room has reached the desired temperature, slowly rotate the dial anticlockwise until a click is heard.

In occasione del primo utilizzo, il riscaldatore a convezione potrebbe emettere un leggero odore. Ciò si verifica solo in occasione del primo riscaldamento. L’odore cesserà dopo 1-2 minuti.

I due piedi di sostegno devono essere montati con le viti, prima di utilizzare il termoconvettore. Vedi figura 2.

L’elettrodomestico riscalderà il flusso d’aria che lo attraversa. Per questa ragione è opportune collocarlo a 20-25 cm da una finestra. Un flusso d’aria

1. Ruotare la manopola del termostato su “LO”.

2. Assicurarsi che il pulsante sia posizionato su “0”.

3. Inserire la spina nella presa.

4. Utilizzare il selettore di funzione per selezionare l’impostazione desiderata.

5. Ruotare la manopola del termostato verso la posizione “MAX”. L’apparecchio si accende, un clic di la manopola del termostato oltre.

6. Accendere il ventilatore del turbo, se si desidera distribuire il calore attraverso la stanza in fretta. È inoltre possibile utilizzare il ventilatore del turbo per distribuire aria fredda. Da solo di accendere il tasto turbo.

7. Dopo l’uso spegnere l’elettrodomestico, portando la manopola in posizione “0” e togliere la spina.

Portare nuovamente la manopola del termostato su “LO”.

Per individuare l’impostazione corretta del termostato, ruotare il termostato quanto più possibile in senso orario. Una volta raggiunta la temperatura ideale nel locale da riscaldare, ruotare il termostato in senso antiorario sino a udire un clic. Il ventilatore si spegnerà e il sistema di controllo della temperatura farà in modo che la temperatura del locale si mantenga sempre al livello impostato.

• Non coprire mai le bocchette di immissione o emissione dell’aria.

• Il termostato spegnerà la resistenza e la ventola al raggiungimento della temperatura desiderata.

• Il riscaldatore è dotato di un dispositivo di sicurezza contro il surriscaldamento. Si spegnerà automaticamente quando la temperatura interna dell’elettrodomestico raggiunge un livello eccessivo. Il dispositivo di sicurezza sarà disattivato non appena l’elettrodomestico si sarà sufficientemente raffreddato; a quel punto il riscaldatore potrà essere messo nuovamente in funzione.
