1. Installation

* Please make sure that the WiFi Central Units and Smart phones are connected to Internet in order to install and control POWER
ON/OFF via Smart Phone anytime anywhere.
2. APP Configuration
2.1 Install APP iOS V6.0 and above
1. Search and install
“ednet.power” APP to your iOS devices via APP store
Android V4.0 and above
2. Search and install
“ednet.power” APP to your
Android devices via Google
Play store
3. After APP installation, this
APP icon would be shown on your smart phone.
2.2 Account sign up, log in, find password, change password and main interface
1. For the first time, please click “Sign up” icon.
2. Fill in your e-mail address and Password, then select
“Sign Up” icon.
ATTN: password is at least 6 words.
3. Fill in your e-mail address and Password after Sign
Up, then click “Log In” icon.
Please select “forget password” if you forget your password.
4. Fill in your e-mail address, then select “OK”, you can re-set your password according to the link in your mail box.
5. According to the left menu items are “Main page”,
“Settings” and “About” menu buttons.
6. Select “Main page” to show the Scene and Master device.
7. Select “Settings” to “Change
Password”; or select “Log
Out” to change other account.
8. On “Change Password” menu, you can change your password
2.3 How to Add the “WiFi Plug” to connect to your network
1. Plug in the WiFi Power Plug into the power socket and then long press the “Power” button for more than
5 seconds. Then you will see the fast red blinking
LED indication while entering the pairing mode.
2. Then open the ednet.power
APP and press Master device and go to “+” to add a new device. Please input your WiFi network and password of your router or
Access point at home, and then select “Start”.
3. You will need to input your
WiFi information, and click
Start button to connect to your device.
4. You will see “waiting……”
Then when the red LED on the
WiFi plug changes to blue color, it means the WiFi plug is now connected to Internet via your home network.
5. The added item will appear to your list of Master device.
Then you can control the
Power Plug On or Off as remote control from your smart phone.
6. You can also edit the item by clicking the right Edit icon.
7. You can edit the item name here, and click “Save” to finish or “Cancel” to exit.
8. Long press the device icon on the APP, then you can delete the device by selecting the desired one and press the bin icon to
“OK”. Please press “OK” to confirm the deletion.
2.4 Add WiFi Plug to Scene for grouping
1. Click the Scene icon in Main page, then you can create a scene by pressing the “+” sign.
2. First please create the name of the Scene and select the related icon or by creating your own icon by taking a picture using the “+” sign.
3. Then you will see a new scene created.
4. Press to enter the new created Scene for setting
5. Then you can start to group the WiFi plug and RF plugs into this Scene together.
First select the WiFi Device from the list to add into your
Scene. Click “Bind” to complete this process.
6. For the WiFi plug, you can also define Timer and Count
Down for scheduled on/off control.
2.5 Add RF device to Scene
1. Enter from the Main page to select the Scene icon you just created.
2. Select RF switch from the list to add your RF Smart Power
Plug into the Scene. Then click “Bind”.
3. On the RF Smart Plug side, please long press the “Learn” button for 5 seconds.
The RF Smart Plug would show blinking LED to indicate ready for pairing.
Then press the “Learn” icon on the App side to trigger the learning. You should hear the power plug on/off clicking sound to indicate learning successful.
4. Then you can enter the RF device now to control power
On/Off remotely.
