Solution
Method 1. Reset the Camera:
Unplug all the cables from the camera
Press and hold the RESET button on the back of the camera
Continue holding down RESET button while connecting the power adapter
to the camera. Hold for 15 seconds, then release the RESET button.
Wait for the IP camera to show up in the NVR
Method 2. Manually add wireless camera
Reset the camera (Follow Method 1)
Connect a Camera to a yellow LAN port on the NVR using the provided Cat5e cable. The camera will show up in the NVR in 2 -3 minutes.
Remove the cat5e cable and the wireless connection will be established automatically in 30 seconds.
Method 3. Configure using Mobile Device:
Reset the camera
Download and install the Laview Net App from the App store on your mobile device.
Click Menu=> Device => => Wifi Configuration and follow the given instruction to complete the setup process
• Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the NVR and
TV/monitor
NOTE: A laptop cannot be used as a screen

Make sure your TV/monitor is on the correct video input (e.g. HDMI1,
HDMI2,etc.)
Try switching to another 1080p TV/monitor and adjust the output resolution in the NVR menu
Check that the power LED light is on
Make sure the camera is properly connected to the LAN port on the NVR or network switch.
Make sure the camera is connected to a 12VDC power supply

Make sure the camera is not placed behind a window or there is no interference or a strong light source in front of the camera
• In NVR menu > Record > Parameter > Resolution, set the sub stream resolution to CIF for all channels
• Move the camera to a different location and/or direction
NOTE: The live view(Sub stream) resolution is NOT the actual image quality recorded(Main stream); Connection of excessive length (over 300ft) of cat5e cable will drop the camera image quality; Working at extreme weather condition (Below -22F or above 140F) will drop the image quality and damage the camera

The infrared activates automatically when the environment is dark enough.
You can check that the camera infrared bulbs are working properly as they turn light red in dark environments
Check that the hard drive status is normal and is initialized under the Main
Menu > HDD > General

We recommend testing all the cameras and cables prior to installation.

Step 2.
Connect the Camera
LaView wireless cameras will pair with the wireless
NVR automatically when the cameras and the NVR are both powered up. It may take 2 - 5 minutes for the NVR to detect the wireless cameras automatically.
Step 3.
Connect to Network
Connect the NVR WAN port to a Modem or a router via an Ethernet cable to enable the remote viewing and adding remote cameras.
NOTE: The NVR will still work as a standalone video recorder / router, if you do not have internet connection you can skip this step.

Camera configuration menu is located at: NVR main menu => Camera => Camera
See troubleshooting section if the NVR does not detect the cameras automatically.
Optional:
You can also add wireless and standard IP cameras by connecting an Ethernet cable from the cameras to NVR LAN port. It may take
2-3 minutes for the NVR to detect the cameras.
