ABOUT THE PRODUCT

For curls, this tool is the right choice. The Max Pro Twist is a professional curling iron that turns any type of hair into a curly style in no time. The ceramic tube spreads the heat evenly over the hair and thus prevents damage. The Max Pro is easily adjustable in temperature from 80°C to 220°C through the LCD screen.

Thanks to the rubber coating on the handle of the Max Pro Twist, you have a firm grip on the curling iron and it fits comfortably in your hand. The included glove is heat resistant and allows you to easily wrap your hair around the hot ceramic tube without bandaging yourself. The Twist switches off automatically after one hour of inactivity.

The Max Pro Twist is available in four different sizes: 9 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, each of which creates a different type of curl.

As with most electrical appliances, electrical parts are live even when the switch is turned off.

To minimize the risk of death from electric shock:

1. Always unplug the curler immediately after using it

WARNING

2. An appliance should never be left unattended when it is connected to the mains.

5. Do not pull on the cord.

6. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it dropped, damaged, or dropped into water. Return the device to a service center for examination and repair.

7. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.

INSTRUCTIONS

- Always make sure your hair is completely clean and dry before using the curling iron.

- Make sure there is no water on the floor or on other surfaces near the socket or curling iron.

- Plug the curling iron into the socket. The curling iron may have a polished plug, with one prong being wider than the other. If this is the case, this plug will only fit into a wall outlet if it is correctly fitted. If the plug does not fit into an outlet, check that the large pin is inserted into the correct hole. If you cannot insert the plug into the socket without any problems, contact an electrician; never try to force the plug into an outlet.

- Press the "ON/OFF" button on the top of the curling iron until the temperature is shown on the display. The tool will heat up immediately, but it will take about 40 seconds for the heat distribution to be optimal and even.

- When the curling iron is up to temperature, you can set the desired temperature with the +/- button on the top of the hair styling tool. The most commonly used temperature is 180 degrees, but it depends on the type of hair.

Put on the supplied heat-resistant gloves. Avoid any contact between the rod and skin when the hair styling tool is in the "ON" position. The rod is hot and can cause burns. In addition, pay attention to your ears when turning or moving the curling iron, because not only your scalp and hands can get burned.

- Divide the hair and start with long hair with the lower strands at the bottom of your head. You can place the curling iron at the beginning of a strand and wrap it around the curling iron (a guideline with any technique is that turning inwards creates more curls and turning outwards creates more volume). Make sure the hair lies flat on the rod. Then wrap the rest of the strand around the rod. This way the hair is well distributed, the heat is evenly distributed throughout the hair and every part of the strand forms into the correct shape. After 3 seconds of warming up, drop the lock into your palm and let it cool for 3 seconds before releasing.

Cooling is a very important step for a long life of the curls. Always start at the bottom and then grab a lock that is higher. The closer your curling iron is to your roots, the more curls you get in your hair. If you want a full head of curls or waves, start with the curling iron close to the roots of your hair. Be careful not to burn your scalp. If you only want curls at shoulder height, turn the curling iron from the middle of the hair lengths.

- Finished? Press the 'ON/OFF' button until the temperature is no longer shown on the display. Unplug the tool and allow the tool to cool completely on a heat-resistant surface before storing. Never leave the appliance plugged in or switched on when you are not there.

If your product fails to function properly due to a manufacturer's defect and the warranty conditions are met, your Max Pro styling tool will be repaired or replaced; this is determined by the manufacturer.

(!) This warranty does not apply to problems resulting from misuse, damage or normal wear and tear; the warranty is void if the product is used for commercial purposes. In addition, the warranty does not apply to styling tools that have been modified or repaired by an unauthorized Max Pro retailer or manufacturer.
