Netviewer Admin requires a PC with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2000, 2003, 2008–R2 (support for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows), Internet access (can be through proxy) with any browser, a processor with at least 1 GHz, at least 1 GB RAM, and a graphics card with at least 128 MB.

To install Netviewer Admin Host, you need local administrator rights on the target computer. Start the setup program, agree with the license agreement, select the target directory, enter your license key, define an optional Host password, define a proxy server if needed, and click Install.

Start the Master program, log in to the MyNetviewer Customer Portal, select an active Host PC in the Computer Management, click Connect to computer, and optionally enter the Host password.
