Triplett CTT47 is a portable coating thickness tester designed for non-invasive coating thickness measurements with automatic recognition of the substrate material under test. It can measure non-magnetic coatings (e.g., paint, zinc) on ferrous metal substrates and insulated coatings (e.g., paint, anodized coatings) on non-ferrous metals. Press the power button to switch the meter ON.

Place the spring-loaded meter sensor against the reference film. The meter will emit an audible tone indicating that the measurement has been taken. The LCD will show the reading at the center of the display area.
