USER MANUAL AND SAFETY GUIDELINE

Please always follow basic safety precau�ons when using electrical appliances. Read all instruc�ons carefully and keep this manual for easy reference.

A. Opera�on Guidance:
Power On the Power Jumper:
Press the “Func�on Bu�on” once, then press and hold for 3 seconds. The LED
Display will show “ON”.
Power Off the Power Jumper:
The Power Jumper will turn off automa�cally when connected USB devices are fully charged or when there are no USB devices connected to the Power Jumper.
Power Jumper Charging Instruc�on:
To charge the Power Jumper, connect the AC adapter to a wall outlet and connect the other end of the cord to the Power Jumper input port.
B. Jump Start Procedure:
1.
Make sure that the Power Jumper ba�ery level is at least 60%.
2.
Use the Intelligent Jump Clamp provided with the Power Jumper and securely connect the posi�ve (+) red clamp to the posi�ve (+) terminal of the vehicle ba�ery and securely connect the nega�ve (-) black clamp to the nega�ve (-) terminal of the vehicle ba�ery.
3.
Securely plug the other end of the intelligent Jump Clamp into the Power
Jumper’s jump clamp socket.
4.
Turn on the Power Jumper: press the Func�on Bu�on once, then press and hold for 3 seconds.
5.
Once the clamps are properly connected to the vehicle’s ba�ery, the status indicator of the intelligent Jump Clamp will light up (solid green light).

If the clamps are Not properly connected to the vehicle’s ba�ery, the Power
Jumper will shut off immediately and the intelligent Jump Clamp will start beeping.
7.
Start the vehicle. Do not crank the engine for more than 3 seconds. If the vehicle doesn’t start, wait for about 1 minute then try again. If the engine doesn’t start a�er the second a�empt, seek professional advice.

A�er the engine starts, please remove the Intelligent Jump Clamp from the
Power Jumper’s Jump Clamps socket. Then remove the Jump Clamps from the vehicle’s ba�ery.
9.
Store the Power Jumper in a cool and dry environment away from flammable materials. Remember to charge the Power Jumper every three months.
A�er connec�ng the jump clamps, check the LED indicator:
Green:
Power jumper is ready to jump start your vehicle.
No Light:
Press the "Enforce Bu�on". Then start your vehicle within 30 seconds.
No Light with Beep Sound:
Please reverse the jump clamps connec�on.

C. Charge Devices through USB Ports:
You can use the Power Jumper USB ports to charge compa�ble devices such as cell phones, tablets, Mp3 players, etc.
In order to ensure op�mum compa�bility with devices that can charge through
USB, the Power Jumper is equipped with SCT and QC3.0 technologies.
Smart Charging Technology(SCT) intelligently detects the charging needs of connected USB devices and automa�cally delivers the output needed for the best charging efficiency of different devices from different brands.
Quick Charge(QC) 3.0 technology is designed to deliver lightning-fast charging to compa�ble devices. Please note that in order to support fast charging, your device must be compa�ble with QC 3.0 Technology. To find out if your device supports fast charging, please refer to your device’s specifica�ons or user manual.
The Power Jumper is equipped with 2x Smart USB ports: 1x standard USB port and
1x Quick Charge 3.0 USB port.
1. Plug in the USB cable of your device to one of the Power Jumper’s USB ports. If
your device is compa�ble with Fast Charging QC3.0 technology, connect your
device to the Power Jumper’s QC3.0 USB port.
2. To start charging your device, turn on the Power Jumper (press the Func�on
Bu�on once, then press and hold for 3 seconds). The LED display of the Power
Jumper will light up and your device will start charging.

F. FAQ:
Q. How to turn off the Power Jumper?
A. The Power Jumper will turn off automa�cally when not in use and no devices
are connected.
Q. How many �mes can the Power Jumper charge my cell phone?
A. Approx. 1~2 �mes for an iPhone 6.
Q. How long does it take to fully charge my cell phone ba�ery via the Power Jumper?
A. Approx. 1 hour.
Q. How long can the Power Jumper hold its charge?
A. Approx. 3~6 months. We recommend to charge the ba�ery of the Power Jumper
every 3 months.
G. Trouble Shoo�ng
Finding
No response when pressing the FUNCTION bu�on.
Cause
The Low Voltage Protec�on of the Power Jumper is ac�vated.
Solu�on
Connect the AC adapter to the Power Jumper
15V / 1A input port to reset.
H. Warnings
1. A�er jump star�ng your vehicle, please disconnect the Power Jumper from your
vehicle’s ba�ery within 30 seconds.
2. Do Not let the Jump Clamps’ posi�ve (+) and nega�ve (-) clips touch each other.
This might be dangerous.
3. Do Not disassemble this product to prevent electric shock.

I. Safety Guideline
Always be cau�ous when using the Power Jumper. Please remain in constant observa�on to monitor the charging process for any poten�al problem that may occur. Do not leave the Power Jumper una�ended when in use.
The Power Jumper is not intended for use by children under 18 without adult supervision.
The Power Jumper is neither water-resistant nor water proof. Do not splash, put in contact with or submerge in water.
Do not operate the Power Jumper near open flame, compressed gas canisters or flammable liquids.
Do not open the chassis or disassemble the Power Jumper. Modifying or tampering with Power Jumper’s internal components can cause a malfunc�on and will void its warranty. If your Power Jumper is not performing as it should, contact our technical support for assistance.
Keep the product away from extreme heat or cold.
Please avoid dropping, hi�ng or throwing the Power Jumper.
Do not store where the temperature may exceed 104°F.
Only charge the Power Jumper at ambient temperatures between 23°F ~104°F.
Under extreme condi�ons, ba�ery leakage may occur. Carefully wipe the liquid off by using a cloth and avoid skin contact when you no�ce the leakage. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and ask for medical a�en�on.
At the end of its useful life, please properly discard the Power Jumper according to your environmental regula�ons.

J. Warranty Informa�on
We offer a limited warranty for this product against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the end user/consumer. The condi�ons of the warranty are as the following:
1. The warranty is only valid upon presen�ng the original receipt (from dealer /
retailer / etailer) by the original purchaser with the product to be repaired or
replaced.
2. The warranty does not cover damage or product failure resulted from normal wear
and tear, physical abuse, improper installa�on, misuse, modifica�on or repairs by
unauthorized third par�es.
3. Warrant is voided if the security label is broken / removed.
4. We do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit or
as a result of a force majeure.
5. We are not liable for any incidental or consequen�al damage arising from the use
or misuse of product.
6. All warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of the defec�ve product
at the sole discre�on of us.
7. If we repair or replace the product, the product will be covered for the remaining
�me of the original warranty period. Repair or replacement may involve the use of
recondi�oned units which are equivalent in func�on. Replaced part or product
becomes the property of ours.
8. Consumable components such ba�eries are not covered by the warranty.
9. If the product is under warranty, upon receiving of the product it will either be
repaired or exchanged depending on the model. Under certain circumstances we
will be able to provide repair service or replacement with a fee for products that
are out of warranty. Please contact us for further inquiry.
