INFORMATION TO USERS

CHIN GUARD OPENING: :

To wear the helmet you don’t need to open the chin guard

CHIN GUARD OPENING with helmet on:

Warning! Do this in a stationary position

Wear your helmet and fasten the buckle. To open the chin guard it is not necessary to open the visor

Grasp the chin with one hand. Push the red button with your thumb inside until you hear the click and push up..

Warning: If the pressure on the Open button is insufficient or ineffective when triggering the mechanism - just pull the chin to your chest while holding down the button and then exert a slight pull to the outside. Then accompany the lifting of the chin guard in its opening movement to the upper part.

CLOSING:

Pull the chin down in its accompanied closing until you feel the click. Make sure the chin strap is properly fastened. Please note: the chin must remain closed and secured with the moving motorcycle.

RETENTION SYSTEM MICROMETRIC

The helmet is equipped with a “MICROMETRIC” buckle, which is comfortable, safe and hassle-free to maneuver. To ensure maximum protection wear a helmet in your size, enter the metal tab on the strap into the jagged metal buckle with the notched part of the buckle outside; make sure that the metal buckle has "taken" the teeth and clicks in. Push the tab until the serrated strap presses against your jaw. . Try taking the

helmet from the back to remove it..

To open the flip front system push up the red lever, in this way the tab indented is completely free.

Do NOT pull the red lever while riding but only when you take the helmet off.

QUICK sun visor REALISE SYSTEM

The M10 helmet is equipped with a retractable sun visor between the outer and inner shell. The tinted visor may be used only during daylight hours and only during high visibility conditions. To lower the visor use the appropriate lever to the left on the helmet with your left hand. To raise the sun visor (equipped with a Quick Release System) press the button located above the lever, the sun visor will “spring up” inside the helmet .

IN CASE OF IMPACT

Not all damage to a helmet is visible to the naked eye. In any case, helmets that have experienced a shock should

ALWAYS be replaced.

MAINTENANCE

VISOR AND HELMET

I

t is important to remember that each visor is only to be used with the helmet for which it has been approved. When the visor is damaged, its visibility is reduced and it should be replaced immediately with an identical replacement visor. Remember that in addition to accidental drops or scratches that mark the protective visor, it can also be attacked by agents such as paints and glues, so do not put stickers on the visor and do not write on it..

Both the helmet and the visor can be damaged by certain substances such as gasoline, paint thinners, solvents, etc.. These substances in addition to removing the protective visor may also reduce the mechanical properties of the helmet compromising your safety in case of accidental impact. For cleaning, always clean the helmet and visor only with warm water and mild soap, also taking care to wipe with a soft cloth and always keeping it at room temperature away from heat and the sun.

REMOVAL - REPLACEMENT VISOR

REMOVAL: To remove the visor it is necessary to remove the side plates using a screwdriver preferably coated to avoid damaging the paint. Pry between the shell and the plate as shown on the picture, being careful not to damage the paint, then drop the first tooth with the other hand and release the plate. Unscrew the locking screw cap on both sides of the visor, then remove the visor.

ASSEMBLY: Make sure that the visor is in the correct position, the pin will fit into the groove of the cap and then tighten the two screws. Place the plate in the slots by inserting the upper teeth and press with the palm of the hand to force it into the last tooth.

DISASSEMBLY NECKPADS:

Do this after removing the grips, then pull the neck roll towards you.

CAP REMOVAL

Do this after removing the cheek pads and the neck roll. Apply pressure with your thumb on the front edge of the cuff and pull down.

Never use the helmet without having reinstalled completely and properly its comfort pads To to the assembly and disassembly do not use tools. The comfort pads inside should never be machine washed.
