VEHICLE EXAMPLE: 2004 Audi A4 Connection
1) Pin#2 Pink/Black CAN Low (CAN-) wire connects to the 20 Pin connector Pin#12 Orange/
Brown wire on the vehicle side.
2) Pin#8 Pink CAN High (CAN+) connects to 20 Pin Connector Pin#7 Orange/Violet wire on the vehicle side.
3) Pin#1 Black Ground connects to Pin#8 Brown ground wire on the vehicle side.
4) Pin#7 Yellow +12V Constant connects to Pin#7 Red/Blue +12v Constant wire on the vehicle side.
6) Set DIP switch 1-4 following Radio chart, for this example we will be using a Pioneer radio. Set switches to OFF, OFF, ON, ON.
7) Set DIP switch 5-8 following Vehicles chart, for this example, set switches to OFF,
OFF, ON, ON.
8) Connect 3.5 mm SWC Cable jack to aftermarket radio.
VEHICLE EXAMPLE: 2008 Volkswagen Jetta Connection
1) Pin#2 Pink/Black CAN Low (CAN-) Wire connects to Pin#10 Orange/Brown wire on vehicle side.
2) Pin#8 Pink Can High (CAN+) connects to Pin#9 Orange/Violet on vehicle side.
3) Pin#1 Black Ground connects to Pin#12 Brown ground wire on the vehicle side.
4) Pin#7 Yellow +12V Constant connects to Pin#15 Red/Yellow wire on the vehicle side.
