■ 本製品の取り付けはエンジンおよび、各エンジン接続パーツが十分に冷えた状態で行ってください。

恐れがあるため、製品構成部品の取り付けは確実に行ってください。

ここで記載するのは簡易手順です。各部の脱着方法の詳細は整備要領書を参照してください。
1.
バッテリーマイナス端子を取り外す。
2.
純正ターボサクションホースを取り外す。
3.
純正ターボエルボーとターボブラケットを取り外す。
※ 純正ターボエルボーと純正ターボブラケットのボルトは本製品取付時に再利用する。

【取り付け準備】
1.
本製品には２種類の設定があります。付属のターボインレットエルボーの内径が異なりますので、
取り付け前にご使用のターボのコンプレッサー入口内径に適合するものであることをご確認ください。

2.
付属のターボインレットエルボーと加工済みの純正ターボブラケットをターボに取り付ける。
この時、必ず付属のターボインレットエルボーガスケットを使用する。
※ 取り付けには純正のボルトを再利用する。
※ ターボブラケットとターボインレットエルボーのクリアランスを確認する。
干渉する場合は、十分なクリアランスが確認できるまでブラケットの追加工を行う。
3.
下図を参考に、付属のクランプバンドL（下図②）をサクションホースのターボ側に軽く取り付ける。
各ニップル差込部には付属のクランプバンドSとSSを取り付ける（下図④、⑤）。

【取り付け手順】
4.
TOMEIターボサクションホースをターボインレットエルボーに取り付ける。
５. 純正ブーストソレノイドバルブを使用する場合はリターンホースをターボサクションホースに接続する。

プローバイホースをターボサクションホースに接続する。
7.
付属のクランプバンドLを使用し、ターボサクションホースをエアクリーナーに接続する。

8.
付属のクランプバンドMを使用し、ターボサクションホースにブローオフバルブを取り付ける。
※ 必要に応じて、ご利用のブローオフバルブが周辺機器等に干渉しない程度にサクションホース側の
ブローオフバルブ接続部分を適切にカットする。
加工を行う際には、適切な工具、保護具を使用してください。
ご使用にならないとけがにつながり危険です。
9.
各部のクリアランスを確認しながら、ターボサクションホースの各クランプバンドの本締めを行う。
10.
バッテリーマイナス端子を接続する。
・ 車体各部とのクリアランスや、干渉のない事を確認してから本締めを行ってください。
なお、車両個体差により十分なクリアランスが得られない場合は、
TOMEI ターボサクションホースのクランプバンドを各部が動く程度に緩め、
本品の装着クリアランスを確保した後、本締めしてください。

1.
再度、各部に干渉がないか慎重に確認する。
2.
エンジンを始動し、2-3回空ぶかしをしながら異音やエア漏れがないか確認する。
・ 緩みや干渉があると性能の低下や、周辺部品が損傷し故障の原因となるため、確認は慎重に
行ってください。
・ 走行中に異常を感じた場合は直ちに走行を中止し、確認を行ってください。
・ その場で修復を行う場合は、エンジンが十分に冷えた状態で行ってください。
・ 部品の脱落等が生じている場合は、エンジンを再始動せず、専門業者に修理を依頼し、
指示に従ってください。
・ 本品を装着した際、車両仕様によってはエンジン特性に大きな変化がある場合があります。
装着後は、エンジンセッティングを確認し、必要に応じてそれらの再セッティングを行って
ください。
・ 車両により、エンジンチェックランプが点灯する可能性があります。
点灯した場合は別途、適切な対策を行なってください。

The information continued in this installation manual is specific to this product.
For details regarding the removal/installation of stock components, please refer to the vehicle's official servicing manual.
This product is intended for motorsport/competition use and should NOT be used on public roads.
This product should be installed by a trained professional in a well-equipped workshop.
Only install this product on the specified vehicle(s) to avoid product and/or engine damage.
Ensure the appropriate amount of torque is used to remove/install the fastenings. Do NOT use excessive force as this can damage the product and/or the engine.
Always use the appropriate tools and safety equipment when installing this product.
Failing to do so is extremely dangerous and may result in injury.
Only install this product when the engine and all related components are cold.
Ensure that all parts are fitted correctly during installation to avoid potential fire hazards and/or damage. Failing to do so is not only dangerous to you but also those around you.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the turbo inlet hose.
3. Remove the stock turbo inlet elbow and turbo bracket.
※ The stock bolts for the turbo inlet elbow and turbo bracket will be reused later.
Using the below images as reference, modify the stock turbo bracket.

【PREPARATION】
1. This product is available in 2 confirgurations. Before proceeding, ensure you have purchased the correct version by making sure the inner diameter of the included elbow is the same as the turbo compressor inlet.

2. Install the turbo inlet elbow together with the included gasket.
Then install the modified stock turbo bracket.
※ Reuse the stock bolts for installtion.
※ Ensure there is sufficient clearance bewteen the modified stock turbo bracket and the turbo inlet elbow.
Should there be insufficient clearance, modify the turbo bracket until suffiecient clearance is achieved.
3.
As shown below, loosely attach the included clamp band L (②, below) to the turbo-side of the suction hose.
Be sure to also attach the included clamp bands S and SS (④ and ⑤, below) .

When using devices such as an aftermarket boost controller/solenoid, install the included blind plug
( ③ , above) in place of the attached nipple as required.

【INSTALLATION】
4. Install the Tomei turbo suction hose onto the turbo inlet elbow.
5. When using the stock boost controller, connect the boost solenoid return line to the turbo suction hose.
6. Connect the blow-by hose to the turbo suction hose.
7. Using the included clamp band L, connect the suction hose to the air filter/airbox.

8. Using the included clamp band M, attach the blow-off valve to the suction hose.
※ Depending on your setup, you may need to cut and adjust the height of the blow-off valve connecting tube on the suction hose to avoid interfereance between the blow-off valve and the surrounding components.
Ensure you use the appropriate tools and safety equipment.
Failing to do so is extremely dangerous and may result in injury.
9. Ensure correct fitment/clearance has been achieved then tighten down the clamp bands.
10. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
・ Ensure sufficient clearance and correct fitment has been achieved before completely tightening down the fastenings. In some cases, there may be insufficient clearance due to minor differences between individual vehicles. In such a case, loosen the clamp bands and adjust the positioning until sufficient clearance is achieved before retightening the fastenings.

1. Check again to ensure the product is fitted correctly, then start the engine.
2. Rev the engine 2-3 times and check for any abnormal sounds and/or air leaks.
・ Be thorough when performing checks. Incorrect fitment and/or loose parts can cause accidents, reduce performance as well as damage surrounding components.
・ If you notice any abnormalities whilst using the vehicle, stop immediately and check for faults.
・ Ensure the engine and all related components have cooled before attempting any repairs.
・ Do not restart the engine should you notice anything abnormal such as missing/broken parts.
Instead, consult a trained professional and follow their instructions.
・ Once this product has been installed on the vehicle, the engine characteristics may change depending on the setup. After installation, adjust the engine/ECU settings as necessary.
・ The check engine light may also illuminate depending on the setup. In such a case, ensure you make the appropriate adjustments as required.
