Install the wheels and arms (A) in the arm guides 18).
Extend the arms equally on each side of the pan t o fit
the tracks of your service pit, but do not extend them
further than the inside end of the arm guides. Refer t o
the Dimensional Drawing for maximum extension,
Tighten the screws IC) firmly.
Kit No. 218-970 is available for connecting two 218-969
carts together and draining one into another. See Fig 2.
To drain oil from the pan, connect a suitable hose t o the
1-112 nptlf) ball valve and open the valve. Be sure to
close the valve again before using the pan.
WARNING
of the service pit, which could result in serious injury t o any person near the cart:
NEVER extend the wheel arm further than flush
with the inside edge of the arm guide. See Fig 1.

Be sure the bolts (C) are torqued into the nuts (D)
t o 45-55 ft-lb (62-75 N m l . See Fig 1.

This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipment claimed to be defective for examination by Graco to verify the claimed
defect. \f the ciaimed detect is ver%ed. Graco will repair or replace free of charge any defective paits. The equipment wiii be returned to the
original purchaw transportation prepaid. If inspection of the equipment does not disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be
made at a reasonable charge, which charges may include the the costs of parts, labor and transportation.
