FOUR-FINGER TRIGGER
CONVERSION KIT
For use on the PR03500'" ElectrostaticAir Spray Gunsto
change from a two-finger trigger
to a four-finger trigger.
Part Number 223-054
includes Trigger Assembly 222-671 and
Fluid Tube 185-346.
WARNING
Before beginning to install the conversionkit, turn off
ail pressure
the electrostatics to the gun and relieve
in the system. This
helps reduce the risk offire. explosion, or electric shock, which could cause serious
bodily injury and property damage, and reduces the
risk of splashing fluid in the eyes or on the skin if the
gun is accidentally triggered.
Removing Two-Finger Trigger
Pressure Relief Procedure
1. Turn the ES Valve (electrostatics) OFE
2. Turn off the air and h i d supply to (he gun.
3. Triggerthe guninto a grounded metal waste container to relieve fluid pressure.
Removing the Two-Finger Trigger
1.
Loosen thescrews (A) and removethetwo-finger
trigger (8)from the gun. SeeFig 1.
2.
Loosen the nuts (C) on each end of the fluid tube (D)
and remove the tube from the
gun.
3. Remove the ferrules (E)from the old tube for use on
the new tube. There aretwo ferrules on each end of
the tube.
4. Cut or grind off the finger tab(F) from the gun handle
to allow room for the four-finger trigger.

Installing the Four-Finger Trigger
1.
Install thefour-fingertrigger
screws (A). See Fig 2.
