The Cobra CPP 7500 Jump Starter is a portable power pack that can jump start a vehicle, charge a 5V USB device, and provide a high-intensity LED light. It has a 7500mAh Lithium Cobalt rechargeable battery and is capable of delivering 200 amps of starting current and 400 amps of peak current. You can recharge the Cobra CPP 7500 Jump Starter using the supplied 120V AC wall charger or the supplied 13.8V DC vehicle charger. Connect the appropriate charger to the Jump Starter's 12V DC charge input and plug the charger into a standard AC outlet or your vehicle's 12V DC outlet. The Jump Starter will automatically start charging and the LEDs will blink to indicate a charging process. When the Jump Starter is fully charged the LEDs will turn off automatically. For best battery performance, the Jump Starter should be fully recharged every 3 months.

To jump start a vehicle, make sure the Jump Starter is fully charged. Then, turn off all the accessories on the vehicle and disconnect the battery cables from the Jump Starter. Connect the red clamp to the positive ( + ) post of the vehicle battery and the black clamp to the negative ( - ) post of the vehicle battery. Connect the battery cables to the Jump Starter's cable port/jack. Turn the ignition key to start the vehicle for 3 seconds only. If the engine starts, disconnect the cables from the battery and the Jump Starter. Leave the engine running for a few minutes before turning the ignition off. If the vehicle does not start on the first try, wait for 1 minute before trying to start the vehicle again. If the engine starts, disconnect the cables from the battery and the Jump Starter. Leave the engine running for a few minutes before turning the ignition off. If the vehicle does not start on the first try, wait for 1 minute before trying to start the vehicle again.

To charge a 5V USB device, connect the device's cable to the Jump Starter's USB output. The Jump Starter will turn on and start charging the device automatically. The blue LEDs will indicate that the device is charging. The number of lit LEDs may decrease while the Jump Starter is in use. The battery capacity indicator cannot accurately measure the capacity during rapid charging. To confirm the real battery capacity, disconnect the device being charged and press the power/flashlight/capacity button.
