Put your Z-Wave Controller into Discovery or Include mode. Press and release the link button on the GD00Z-8-GC. Confirm that the GD00Z-8-GC was recognized by your Z-Wave Controller.

Put your Z-Wave Controller into Exclude mode. Press and release the link button on the GD00Z-8-GC. Confirm that the GD00Z-8-GC was excluded by your Z-Wave Controller.

Connect the GD00Z-8-GC connection wires to the push-button wall console terminals on the garage door opener. Either wire can connect to either terminal. Secure the GD00Z-8-GC power adapter to the faceplate with the provided screw.

Mount the GD00Z-8-GC above the opener using the four screws and anchors. The GD00Z-8-GC can also be attached to the opener's hardware using the adjustable mounting bracket.

Use the mobile app to control your garage door, view status, and add your garage door control to automations and modes.

The power supply is a 120 VAC, 0.35 A input and a 12 VDC, 1 A output.

The operating temperature range is -4° to 122° F (-20° to 50° C).
