Taking 5 snapshots automatically once a visitor presses the Doorbell button. 2. Storing the images in the smartphone’s memory. 3. Manual image capturing during call or monitoring. 4. Receiving a video phone call on the mobile device (Android or iOS). 5. 2-Way audio. 6. Monitoring of view of the front (rear) door or a visitor at any time of day and night. 7. Remote door release. 8. In-app audio call between registered users. 9. Checking the visitor log on mobile device (Android or iOS). 10. Managing settings from mobile device (Android or iOS). 1.2 Home page layout Tap to use audio-intercom function between registered users; call can be made between Doorphone, Smartphone or tablet. Tap to see the view from the front (rear) door and get audio monitoring. Tap to check visitors’ log. Tap to check or modify App settings. 3 Mobile App User Manual 4 2 Incoming call interface (Android and iOS) Tap for manual image capturing of the visitor. The snapshot will be saved in mobile device’s memory. Tap for remote door release. Tap to pick-up the call. Tap to mute the incoming call. Tap to turn on the sound of incoming call. Mobile App User Manual 3 Pick-up call interface (Android and iOS) Tap to use handset mode. Tap to use speaker mode. Tap for remote door release. Tap to end call. Tap to mute the voice. Tap to turn on the voice. NOTE: 1. The Speaker/Handset switch function is available only for iOS Smartphone. On Android or iOS tablet, the function will work on “Speaker” mode. 2. Default talk/monitor time is 60 seconds. 6 Mobile App User Manual 4 Audio call between registered users 1. Tap “Call Extensions” to make an in-app call. 2. From the list of registered devices choose the extension to make a call . Tap “ Call Extension ” Choose an extension to make a call 7 Mobile App User Manual 5 Monitoring interface and operation 1. Tap to see the coming guest or check the view of front (rear) door. 2. If you have two Doorphones installed, choose the device you want to monitor from the list. Tap to start monitoring Choose device 8 Mobile App User Manual 6 Visitor log interface and operation 1. Tap to check snapshot log. 2. See through the list of taken images or delete the snapshots. View pre/next image Delete image Delete current Delete all image 3. Picture storage management: For Android mobile device, the pictures are stored on SD-Card. When the free memory size is less than 5%, a warning message will show up. iOS mobile device can store up to 400 images. If memory size is full or up to 400 pcs, old pictures will be removed automatically and new images will be saved. 9 Mobile App User Manual 7 Settings interface and operation Tap 7.1 to configure system features in the settings menu. Ringtone settings 1 Tap 2 Tap “Doorphone Ringtone” to select the ringtone that will play on you mobile device when someone presses the Doorphone button. Tap “Default Ring” to restore ringtone setting to default. 3 to change the ringtone. Restore to default Choose image 7.3 Modify Registration Message Tap to modify registration message. 11 Mobile App User Manual This warning is for eGW: Account, password and the server address on the smartphone must be the same as the registration information on the e-Gateway, otherwise the modification will result in registration failure. 7.4 Volume Settings Users can add or set the access card 1. New access card: Click the "Detect Cards the button. 2. Edit the access control card: the "long press" card number to edit card information. 3. System can support up to 32 access cards. Add the access card: 1. Press the "Detect Cards, RF ID card button to begin assay. 2. RF ID card to brush off the lens of the ODP. 3. When displayed to the right card number detection success. 4. Press the "Cancel Detecting the end of the RF ID card detection. Edit card name of "Long press" card number to enter the edit card information screen. Set the card st atus is set to "Lost," this card is invalid. 7.5 Volume Settings 1 Tap to adjust volume of the Doorphone or mobile device. 2 Tap for Doorphone volume adjustment. 12 Mobile App User Manual 2 3 If you have two Doorphones installed, choose form the list the device you want to adjust. To silence incoming calls use DND (Do Not Disturb) function. Tap to adjust Microphone and Speaker volume of mobile device. 3 Tap “OK” to save the settings. 7.6 Tap Version & Terminal equipment to check App and systems version information. 13 Mobile App User Manual Terminal Equipment: List of all terminal equipment currently registered. 14 Mobile App User Manual 8 Incoming call operation from Android device Make sure that your Android mobile device is connected to WiFi or 3G/4G and that the App is running in the background. 8.1 Receive call from Doorphone when the mobile device is in use If the mobile device’s home screen is on (App is running in the background or on the home screen) at the moment of receiving the call, the user will hear the ringtone of an incoming call and video will pop-up automatically; the phone call will begin. 8.2 Receive call from Doorphone when mobile device is idle If the mobile device’s home screen is locked at the moment of receiving the call, the user will hear the ringtone of an incoming call and video will pop-up automatically; the phone call will begin. 15 Mobile App User Manual 9 Incoming call operation from iOS device Make sure that your iOS mobile device is connected to WiFi or 3G/4G and that the App is running in the background. 9.1 Receive call from Doorphone when the mobile device is in use 9.1.1 If the mobile device is on and the App is open at the moment of incoming call, video will pop-up automatically and user will hear the ringtone of an incoming call. 9.1.2 If the mobile device’s screen is on and the App is running in the background, the device will receive an incoming call notification. Tap the notification to access App. Incoming call from Door phone The notification is showed on the top of screen. Tap the notification 9.2 Receive call from Doorphone when mobile device is idle 9.2.1 If mobile device’s screen is locked at the moment of incoming call, the device will receive an incoming call notification. Swipe the notification to open App 17 Mobile App User Manual 10 Set DND (Do Not Disturb) for Androind and iOS 10.1 DND (Do Not Disturb) setting for Android 1. To access DND settings tap “Settings” “Volume Setting” “ODP Volume” 2. Check DND (Do Not Disturb) graph as “ON”. 3. Tap “OK” to save settings. 4. When DND is enabled, the icon appears on top-right corner of the screen to remind user that DND status is “ON”. 18 Mobile App User Manual 10.2 DND (Do Not Disturb) setting for iOS To silence incoming call for iOS, turn off the“APNS”Notification sound alert from iOS settings. 19 Mobile App User Manual 11 Exit Mobile2Door App 11.1 Manage Mobile2Door App on Android mobile device 11.1.1 Log out from App Tap “Return” button on your mobile device to log out from App. Tap “OK” on the popped-up message window to confirm log out. NOTE: If you log out from the App, you will not be able to receive incoming calls. Tap the “Return” key Tap the “OK” 11.1.2 Close App Press the Home Button on your mobile device to close the App. The mobile device will go back to its home screen; on the top left corner you. will see the Mobile2Door App icon showing that the App is still running.
