Thank you for having selected the Arzum branded vacuum cleaner.

This product is also one of the products which we have provided for you in order to make life easier.

Please read carefully this user’s manual in order to get the best performance from your product, and keep it for your further reference.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• Make sure that the voltage indicated on Arzum Cleanart Master

Vacuum Cleaner corresponds with the voltage in your home. Our company shall not be held liable for any failures owing to any discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.

• Your appliance has been designed for household use only. Do not use for commercial or industrial purposes. Otherwise, it shall not be covered by the guarantee.

•

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

• Your close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by children, people having insufficient experience and knowledge, physically

(audio, visual) or mentally handicapped people. Make sure that children do not play with the appliance.

• To prevent harming your appliance, do not use extension cords that supply insufficient current.

• Unplug your appliance ABSOLUTELY after use, before mounting the accessories, performance of cleaning and maintenance.

• NEVER operate your appliance without air inlet (motor protection) filter.

• Always operate your appliance with dust bag. If dust bag is not placed or is placed incorrectly, top cover of your appliance will not be closed.

In this case, ensure that dust bag is placed correctly and close the top cover.

• Do not use harmful chemicals and abrasive cleaners in order to clean your appliance.

• CAUTION: Do not use your appliance for absorbing any flammable liquids such as gasoline, thinner, alcohol, kerosene, etc. as well as abrasive liquids (such as acids, etc.). Do not let your appliance to absorb burning cigarettes, active cigarette ashes or matchsticks.

• Ensure not to move the appliance over its cord, which may damage the insulation of the unit.

• Do not carry your appliance by its cord.

• To unplug, grasp plug and pull from the power outlet. Never pull the cord.

• Do not attempt to remove the mains plug when your hands are wet.

• Do not operate your appliance vertically.

• Keep away your appliance from direct heat sources as hot stove, burner or in a heated oven.

• Never immerse your unit into water, and prevent from spilling out any water, on the appliance.

• Hold the plug in your hand while rewinding the cord and prevent the plug to hit the body.

• Never hold suctioning nozzle near the eyes and ears while operating your appliance.

• Do not attempt to remove sharp objects such as glasses, etc. through your appliance.

• Special care is required especially for cleaning the stairs. Be careful mains plug not to be squeezed to the corners, door thresholds, not to be cut and scraped by sharp objects.

• When plugging in or out make sure that the appliance is switched off.

• If you are in doubt that the cord or plug is damaged, or that your appliance malfunctions in any manner whatsoever, including dropping down, etc. , never start up your appliance, nor repair it by yourself. Take it to the nearest Arzum Authorized Service.

• Contact Arzum Authorized Service for repair, and spare parts, and use original spares and accessories only.

• Use your appliance as recommended and for its intended purposes.

CLEANER AND THEIR INTENDED USE

Inserting and Removing the Hose:

• Push the hose header into to the hose inlet and turn it right in order to lock.

• To eject the hose, unplug your appliance at first. After turning the hose header to left, pull the hose towards yourself.

Inserting and removing the telescopic tube and accessories:

• Place the telescopic tube into the soft touch handle in the hose nozzle on which air adjustment button is available.

Insert one of the accessories into the far end according to the surface that you will clean.

Cleaning Nozzle Adjustable According to the

Floor Type

• It is used for dry cleaning of both hard and soft surfaces. You can clean the hard surfaces with the brush placed outside, and the soft surfaces, such as carpets etc., with the brush placed inside. Ensure that the brush gets in or goes out by pressing the button on the cleaning nozzle.

Tube with narrow nozzle:

• It is used for cleaning of especially unapproachable areas such as armchair corners, radiator intervals, wall borders and corners etc. narrow areas.

• You can use the small brush to clean areas that narrow nozzle cannot reach, such as furnitures, lamps, shelfs and books.

ADJUSTING SUCTION POWER OF YOUR

APPLIANCE

• You can adjust the power of your appliance according to surface to be cleaned by turning suction power control button on the top part of your appliance to min. or max. direction.

• When Dust Bag Filling Indicator turns red, it indicates that time to replace the dust bag comes.

CAUTION: If the indicator is still red after new dust bag is placed, it can have several reasons:

- Telescopic tube, hose, suction nozzle or cleaning nozzles can have been clogged.

- Motor protection filter or air outlet filter can have become dirty.

- NEVER operate your appliance before the indicator turns normal position.

OPERATION OF YOUR APPLIANCE

• Before operating your appliance, pull its cord towards outside and bring it to the suitable length (until it comes to yellow band) and insert the plug into a wall socket. After red band appears on the cord, do not force to pull the cord.

• Insert the hose of your appliance into hose inlet.

• Insert the suitable cleaning nozzle according to surface to be cleaned, into the end of telescopic tube. Adjust the telescopic tube to the suitable length.

• Operate your appliance by pressing on/off switch on the top of your appliance.

• Adjust the suction power according to the surface which you will clean.

• It is sufficient to press on/off switch again in order to finish the cleaning process.

After unplugging, collect the cord by pressing the cord rewinding button. While wrapping the cord, hold the plug by your hand, and prevent the plug to hit the body.

CARE AND CLEANING

• ALWAYS unplug your mains cable from the wall socket, before attempting any care process of your appliance.

REPLACING THE DUST BAG

• You should replace the dust bag regularly. If the suction power of your appliance has decreased, check the dust bag filling indicator.

• If the dust bag filling indicator turns red, replace the dust bag.

In order to replace the dust bag:

• Open the front cover.

• Remove the dust bag carefully.

• SMS bags is for one time use only and can not be washed.

• If you use paper dust bag, after you remove the old bag, you should use new paper dust bag instead of the old one.

• Insert the new dust bag into the dust bag section carefully.

• Close the front cover after the dust bag is inserted.

WARNING: Always operate your appliance with dust bag. If dust bag is not placed or is placed incorrectly, top cover of your appliance will not be closed. In this case, ensure that dust bag is placed correctly and close the top cover.

REPLACING OR CLEANING THE FILTERS

HEPA Air Outlet Filter:

• Hepa filter ensures better cleaning conditions for those suffering respiratory-track illness, children, and those suffering allergy. Hepa filter is a useful device with superior properties.

• Hepa filter should be replaced at least once a year.

• Take cover of Hepa filter on the top part of your appliance.

• Remove Hepa filter and replace the new filter.

• Turn off Hepa filter cover.

Air Inlet

(Motor protection) Filter

• Filter is in the dust bag section and protects the motor from dust.

• Air inlet filter should be cleaned twice a year or when it gets dirty as a result of intensive use.

• Remove the cover of dust bag section. Remove the filter carrier including the filter and in front of the motor section by pulling it

• Open the filter carrier, remove and then clean the filter.

• If air inlet filter has hardened, you can wash the filter with warm water.

After cleaning, wait for drying completely. Never wash the filter in the washing machine. Do not use hair dryer and drying section of the washing machine for drying purpose.

• After the filter, which is ready for use, is inserted into the filter carrier, insert it inside your appliance.

• NEVER operate your appliance without air inlet (motor protection) filter.

IMPORTANT:

• Apply to Arzum Authorized Service for replacement of the filters.

• NEVER use your appliance without attaching the filters.

EASY TO CARRY AND STORE

• You can park your vacuum cleaner by mounting the cleaning nozzle into the channels on the left side of your appliance. You can carry and store easily by mounting the nozzle into the channels behind the appliance.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI

1. Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve 3 yıldır.

2. Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı garanti kapsamındadır.

3. Malın ayıplı olduğunun anlaşılması durumunda tüketici, 6502 sayılı

Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanunun 11 inci maddesinde yer alan; a- Sözleşmeden dönme, b- Satış bedelinden indirim isteme, c- Ücretsiz onarılmasını isteme,

ç- Satılanın ayıpsız bir misli ile değiştirilmesini isteme, haklarından birini kullanabilir.

4. Tüketicinin bu haklardan ücretsiz onarım hakkını seçmesi durumunda satıcı; işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin malın onarımını yapmak veya yaptırmakla yükümlüdür. Tüketici ücretsiz onarım hakkını üretici veya ithalatçıya karşı kullananilir. Satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı tüketicinin bu hakkını kullanmasından müteselsilen sorumludur.

5. Tüketicinin, ücretsiz onarım hakkını kullanması halinde malın;

- Garanti süresi içinde tekrar arızalanması,

- Tamiri için gereken azami sürenin aşılması,

- Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici veya ithalatçı tarafından bir raporla belirlenmesi durumlarında; tüketici malin bedel iadesini, ayıp oranında bedel indirimini veya imkan varsa malın ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir.

Satıcı, tüketicinin talebini reddedemez. Bu talebin yerine getirilmemesi durumunda satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı müteselsilen sorumludur.

6. Malın tamir süresi 20 iş gününü , binek otomobil ve kamyonetler için ise 30 iş gününü geçemez. Bu süre, garanti süresi içerisinde mala ilişkin arızanın yetkili servis istasyonuna veya satıcıya bildirimi tarihinde, garanti süresi dışında ise malın yetkili servis istasyonuna teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi halinde üretici veya ithalatçı; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir.

Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasında kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

8 . Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak

çıkabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda yerleşim yerinin bulunduğu veya tüketici işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici

Mahkemesine başvurabilir.

9. Satıcı tarafından bu Garanti Belgesinin verilmesi durumunda, tüketici

Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi

Genel Müdürlüğüne başvurabilir.
