AirVAC ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS NEEDED:
1/8” & 7/32” Allen Wrenches; 1/2” Box End Wrench
CHECK BALL
CAGE
Remove items from box and inspect for any shipping damage. Take special care to avoid damaging the check ball cage when removing Items.
Check that you have all items as shown above.
BUCKET ASSEMBLY
CURVE
Using 4 bolts, 4 washers and 4 nuts as shown, attach the cross bar with the curve toward the nearest side of the bucket (as shown by arrow).
Screw in the 4 wheels until hand tight.

Install draw tube as shown with 1” overlap, and tighten hose clamp. Align gasket and use an 1/8 Allen wrench to tighten the screws securing the bottom assembly to the bottom of the canister. Be sure drain valve is opposite the label as shown.
CORRECT
TUBE POSITION
Line up nozzle with label as shown. Position nozzle gasket as shown and secure nozzle using four screws and four locknuts.
Stand tank upright into bucket cradle and inspect that draw tube is positioned as shown.

Align gasket and use an Allen wrench to tighten the screws securing the top assembly to the canister as shown. Use the label as a reference for positioning.

Completed AirVAC shown. Note the position of the rubber strip and brush in nozzle for replacement purposes after normal wear during use.
