Congratulations on purchasing your new
AEG hand mixer. You have Bought a lechm-
cally reliable appliance which will greaily
ease your daily work in stirring, kneading,
and mixing.
With this hand mixer, as with any technical
appliance, there are a number of basic
paints which need your attention. Please
therefore read these instructions for use
carefully and keep them in a safe place for

Purpose of use
Work such as stirring, kneading, mixing, and
beating can be carried out with the AEG
hand mixers. While the mixer is doing this
work, you move it around in gentle circles
through the material being mixed.
The whisk (Fig. 3, G) iz mamly suitable for
preparing light dough mixes, beating eggs,
whipping cream, and making mayonnaise,
purees, elc. IE can also be used for stirring
sauces and dessert powders.
The dough hooks (Fig. 3, H) are used for
heavier dough, such as bread dough and
cake mix. Potato starch dough can also be

Operating instructions
Inserting and ejecting the attachments:
