XPR Access B100 SA Biometric Reader, RTT Remote Relay Unit User Manual

The B100 SA is a standalone biometric reader that can store up to 97 finger templates. The reader has one relay output and one exit button input. For secure installation, the reader can be connected to a remote relay unit at a secured area, which also plays the role of a request-to-exit push button. The RTT is a remote relay control unit for the B100 SA or DINB100 SA biometric reader. If secure installation is needed, the biometric reader can be connected to the remote relay unit at a secured area, which also plays the role of an exit push button.

To add a user, swipe the Master or Admin finger 5 times until the bottom row of LEDs blink orange. Then, select the desired user group by scrolling down and tapping the sensor. Next, select the desired relay output. Finally, swipe the user's finger at least 6 times until you hear an OK beep.

To pair the B100 SA with the RTT, first, close the jumper on the RTT. The RTT will beep continuously, and the red LED will blink. Then, open the jumper and wait for a beep followed by an OK beep. The devices will then be paired.

To keep the door unlocked, swipe any enrolled finger twice within 7 seconds. The door will remain unlocked until a valid finger is swiped. Make sure that the door lock can withstand activation for longer periods.
