• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts of the appliance and its accessories.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• If the charger supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire.

• The battery is to be disposed of safely.

• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

• The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.

• The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.

• Unplug charger from electrical socket when not in use, before cleaning, maintaining or servicing the appliance, and if your appliance has an accessory tool with a moving brush, before connecting or disconnecting the tool.

• This appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

• The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.

• WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this appliance.

• This product contains a wireless device. Refer to website for regulatory information.

• Turn OFF all controls before unplugging. Do not pull or carry charger by cable, use cable as a handle, close door on cable, or pull cable around sharp edges or corners.

• Keep charger cable away from heated surfaces.

• To unplug, grasp the charger plug, not the cable.

• Do not handle charger plug or appliance with wet hands.

• Do not charge the unit outdoors.

• The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.

• Do not recharge, disassemble, heat above 60°C, or incinerate.

• Never put batteries in mouth. If swallowed, contact your physician or local poison control.

• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the OFF-position before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energising appliance that have the switch on invites accidents.

• Do not use appliance that is damaged or modified.

Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.

• Do not expose appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above

130°C may cause explosion.

• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.

• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.

• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.

• Keep the temperature range of between 4-40°C when charging battery, storing unit or during use.

• Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.

• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.

• Place the cables from other appliances out of the area to be cleaned.

• Do not operate the vacuum in a room where an infant or child is sleeping.

• Do not operate the vacuum in an area where there are lit candles or fragile objects on the floor to be cleaned.

• Do not operate the vacuum in a room that has lit candles on furniture that the vacuum may accidentally hit or bump into.

• Do not allow children to sit on the vacuum.

• Do not position Docking Station near stairs or cliff edges.

• Plastic film can be dangerous. To avoid danger of suffocation, keep away from children.

• Use only as described in this user guide. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.

• Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.

• Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as petroleum, or use in areas where they may be present.

• Do not pick up toxic material (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaner, etc.).

• Do not use appliance in an enclosed space filled with vapours given off by oil-based paint, paint thinner, some moth-proofing substances, flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic vapours.

• Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.

• Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.

• Do not use without filters in place.

• Do not use outdoors.

• Do not use with damaged cable or charger. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.

• Battery p ack and charger base output terminals are not to be short-circuited.

WET MOP MODE FOR HARD SURFACES

• Do not immerse. Use only on surfaces moistened by the cleaning process. Use only BISSELL® cleaning products intended for use with this machine.

• Use only the type and amount of liquids specified under the operations section of this guide.

DRY VACUUM MODE

• Do not use the vacuum on a wet surface.

Limited 2 Year Guarantee

Subject to the *EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS identified below,

BISSELL will repair or replace (with new, refurbished, lightly used, or remanufactured components or products), at BISSELL’s option, free of charge, any defective or malfunctioning part or product.

BISSELL recommends that the original packaging and evidence of the date of purchase be kept for the duration of the guarantee period in case the need arises within the period to claim on the guarantee.

Keeping the original packaging will assist with any necessary re-packaging and transportation but is not a condition of the guarantee.

If your product is replaced by BISSELL under this guarantee, the new item will benefit from the remainder of the term of this guarantee

(calculated from the date of the original purchase). The period of this guarantee shall not be extended whether or not your product is repaired or replaced.

*EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS FROM THE TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE

This guarantee applies to products used for personal domestic use and not commercial or hire purposes. Consumable components such as filters, belts and mop pads, which must be replaced or serviced by the user from time to time, are not covered by this guarantee.

This guarantee does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear. Damage or malfunction caused by the user or any third party whether as a result of accident, negligence, abuse, neglect, or any other use not in accordance with the user guide is not covered by this guarantee.

An unauthorised repair (or attempted repair) may void this guarantee whether or not damage has been caused by that repair/attempt.

Removing or tampering with the Product Rating Label on the product or rendering it illegible will void this guarantee.

• Débranchez le chargeur de la prise électrique lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas, avant de procéder au nettoyage,

à l’entretien ou la maintenance de l’appareil, et s’il est doté d’un accessoire outil avec une brosse amovible, avant d’assembler ou de désassembler l’accessoire.

• La batterie doit être retirée de l’appareil avant d’être mise au rebut.

• Il doit uniquement être alimenté par un courant de très basse tension de sécurité conformément à l’inscription sur l’appareil.

• Cet appareil ne peut être utilisé qu’avec le bloc d’alimentation électrique fourni avec l’appareil.

• ATTENTION: Pour recharger la batterie, n’utiliser que le bloc d’alimentation électrique amovible fourni avec cet appareil.

• Placez tous les boutons en position arrêt avant de débrancher l’appareil. Ne tirez pas sur le câble ou ne transportez pas le chargeur par son câble, n’utilisez jamais le câble comme une poignée, ne coincez pas le câble dans une porte et ne frottez pas le câble contre un angle vif.

• Tenez le câble du chargeur éloigné des surfaces chaudes.

• Évitez les démarrages accidentels. Assurez-vous que l’interrupteur est en position Arrêt avant de prendre ou de transporter l’appareil. Transporter l’appareil avec votre doigt sur l’interrupteur ou mettre sous tension l’appareil lorsqu’il est en position Marche favorise la survenue d’accidents.

• N’utilisez pas d’appareil ayant été endommagé ou altéré. Le comportement des batteries endommagées ou altérées est susceptible d’être imprévisible et d’entraîner un incendie, des explosions ou un risque de blessure.

• N’exposez pas l’appareil à des flammes ou à une température excessive. Une exposition à des flammes ou à une température excédant 130 °C peut provoquer une explosion.

• Stacca il caricatore dalla presa elettrica quando non è in uso e prima di qualsiasi operazione di pulizia, manutenzione o assistenza, inoltre, nel caso l’apparecchio sia dotato di spazzola semovente, staccalo dalla corrente prima di agganciarla o sganciarla.

• La batteria deve essere rimossa dall’apparecchio prima di essere rottamata.

• Non maneggiare la spina del caricabatterie o l’apparecchio con le mani bagnate.

• Non caricare l’unità all’aperto.

• Quando si rimuove la batteria, l’apparecchio deve essere scollegato dalla rete di alimentazione.

• Non ricaricare, né smontare, né scaldare sopra i 60 °C né incenerire.

• Non mettere in bocca le batterie. Se vengono ingerite, contatta immediatamente il tuo medico o il centro antiveleni più vicino.

• Evitare le partenze involontarie. Assicurati che l’interruttore sia in posizione spenta prima di afferrare o trasportare l’apparecchio. Trasportare l’apparecchio con le dita sull’interruttore o alimentare l’apparecchio con l’interruttore acceso aumenta il rischio di incidenti.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio se danneggiato o modificato. Le batterie danneggiate o modificate possono mostrare un comportamento imprevedibile che può risultare in incendi, esplosioni o rischio di ferite.

• Non esporre l’apparecchio al fuoco o a temperature eccessive. L’esposizione al fuoco o a temperature superiori ai 130 °C può causare esplosioni.

Er zijn een aantal voorzorgsmaatregelen die bij gebruik van elektrische apparaten in acht genomen moeten worden, waaronder de volgende:

• Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf acht jaar en door personen met verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens of met gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, op voorwaarde dat er toezicht is of dat zij instructies hebben gekregen over het veilig gebruik van het apparaat en de gevaren ervan begrijpen. Kinderen mogen het apparaat alleen reinigen en onderhouden onder toezicht van een volwassene.

• Kinderen moeten begeleid worden om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet met het apparaat spelen.

• Houd haar, losse kleding, vingers en alle andere lichaamsdelen uit de buurt van openingen en bewegende delen van het apparaat en de accessoires.

• Als de batterij niet goed wordt behandeld, kan er vloeistof uitlekken; vermijd contact. Als u per ongeluk toch in contact komt met de vloeistof, spoel dan met water. Als u vloeistof in uw ogen krijgt, roep dan ook medische hulp in. Vloeistof die uit de batterij lekt, kan irritatie of brandwonden veroorzaken.

• Laad de batterij alleen op met de door de fabrikant gespecificeerde oplader. Een lader die geschikt is voor een bepaald batterijtype kan brand veroorzaken indien hij gebruikt wordt om een ander batterijtype op te laden.

• De batterij moet uit het apparaat worden verwijderd voordat dit wordt afgevoerd.

• Het apparaat moet van de stroomvoorziening worden losgekoppeld als de accu wordt verwijderd.

• Haal de lader uit het stopcontact als deze niet in gebruik is, voordat u het apparaat reinigt, onderhoudt of problemen oplost, en (als uw apparaat een accessoirehulpstuk met een bewegende borstel heeft) voordat u het hulpstuk bevestigt of verwijdert.

• Dit apparaat mag alleen worden aangesloten op extra veilige laagspanning overeenkomstig de aanduiding op het apparaat.

• Het apparaat dient uitsluitend te worden gebruikt met de voedingseenheid die met het apparaat wordt meegeleverd.

• WAARSCHUWING: gebruik voor het opladen van de batterij alleen de afneembare voedingseenheid die bij dit apparaat wordt meegeleverd.

• Dit product bevat een draadloos apparaat.

• Schakel alle bedieningselementen UIT voordat u de stekker lostrekt. Trek niet aan de kabel van de oplader en houd de oplader niet vast aan de kabel, gebruik de kabel niet als handvat, zorg dat de kabel zich niet tussen of onder een gesloten deur bevindt en trek de kabel niet rond scherpe randen of hoeken.

• Houd de laadkabel uit de buurt van hete oppervlakken.

• Pak de oplader altijd bij de stekker vast om los te halen, niet bij de kabel.

• Raak de stekker van de oplader of het apparaat niet met natte handen aan.

• Laad de eenheid niet buiten op.

• Het apparaat moet van de stroomvoorziening worden losgekoppeld als de accu wordt verwijderd.

• Laad het product niet op, demonteer het niet, verwarm het niet boven de 60 °C en verbrand het niet.

• Doe batterijen nooit in de mond. Neem bij inslikken contact op met een arts of met de plaatselijke gifbestrijding.

• Voorkom onbedoeld starten. Zorg ervoor dat de schakelaar in de stand UIT staat voordat u het apparaat oppakt of draagt. Als u uw vinger op de schakelaar houdt terwijl u het apparaat oppakt, of de stekker in het stopcontact steekt met de schakelaar aan, hebt u meer kans op ongelukken.

• Gebruik apparaat niet als het beschadigd of aangepast is. Beschadigde of omgebouwde batterijen kunnen onvoorspelbaar reageren, wat kan leiden tot brand, explosies of kans op letsel.

• Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan brand of extreme temperaturen. Blootstelling aan vuur of temperaturen boven de 130°C kan een explosie veroorzaken.

• Volg alle instructies voor het opladen; laad het apparaat niet op buiten het in de instructies gespecificeerde temperatuurbereik. Onjuist opladen of opladen bij temperaturen buiten het opgegeven bereik kan leiden tot schade aan de batterij en het risico op brand verhogen.

• Laat onderhoud uitvoeren door een gekwalificeerde reparateur die alleen identieke vervangingsonderdelen gebruikt. Zo zorgt u ervoor dat het product veilig blijft.

• Pas het apparaat niet zelf aan of probeer het niet te repareren, behalve zoals aangegeven in de gebruikshandleiding.

• Tijdens het opladen van de batterij en het bewaren en gebruiken van het apparaat moet de temperatuur tussen 4 en 40 °C liggen.

• Gebruik apparaten alleen met speciaal daarvoor bestemde accu’s. Het gebruik van andere batterijen kan leiden tot kans op letsel en brand.

• Als de batterij niet in gebruik is, moet deze uit de buurt van metalen voorwerpen worden gehouden, zoals paperclips, munten, sleutels, spijkers, schroeven of andere kleine metalen voorwerpen die een verbinding tot stand zouden kunnen brengen tussen beide polen. Kortsluiten van de accupolen kan brandwonden of brand veroorzaken.

• Leg de kabels van andere apparatuur buiten de ruimte die gereinigd moet worden.

• Gebruik de stofzuiger niet in een ruimte waarin een zuigeling of kind slaapt.

• Gebruik de stofzuiger niet in een ruimte met brandende kaarsen of waar kwetsbare objecten op de vloer staan die moet worden gereinigd.

• Gebruik de stofzuiger niet in een ruimte met brandende kaarsen die op meubilair staan waar de stofzuiger per ongeluk tegenaan kan stoten.

• Laat kinderen niet op de stofzuiger zitten.

• Plaats het dockingstation niet in de buurt van trappen of bij een diepe rand.

• Plastic folie kan gevaarlijk zijn. Om verstikkingsgevaar te voorkomen, moet u het uit de buurt van kinderen houden.

• Gebruik het alleen op de manier zoals beschreven in deze gebruikershandleiding. Gebruik alleen de door de fabrikant aanbevolen hulpstukken.

• Plaats geen voorwerpen in openingen. Gebruik het apparaat niet als een opening geblokkeerd is; houd het vrij van stof, pluizen, haar en alles wat de luchtstroom kan verminderen.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet om ontvlambare of brandbare vloeistoffen, zoals benzine, op te zuigen of in ruimtes waar deze aanwezig kunnen zijn.

Deze Garantie wordt verstrekt door BISSELL. De Garantie biedt u specifieke rechten. Het wordt als extra voordeel aangeboden, bovenop de rechten die u volgens de wet heeft.

Volgens de wet beschikt u tevens over andere rechten, welke per land kunnen verschillen. U kunt meer informatie over uw wettelijke rechten en rechtsmiddelen bekomen door contact op te nemen met uw lokale adviesdienst voor consumenten.

Beperkte garantie van 2 jaar (vanaf de datum van aankoop door de originele koper)

Behoudens de *UITZONDERINGEN EN UITSLUITINGEN die hieronder zijn vermeld, zal BISSELL elk defect of verkeerd werkend onderdeel van het product gratis repareren of vervangen, naar keuze van BISSELL (bij nieuwe, opgeknapte, enigszins gebruikte of gereviseerde onderdelen of producten).

BISSELL raadt aan om de originele verpakking en het bewijs van de aankoopdatum te bewaren zolang de Garantie duurt, voor het geval u binnen die periode een claim moet indienen volgens de Garantie. De originele verpakking is handig wanneer het product opnieuw verpakt en vervoerd moet worden, maar het is geen voorwaarde voor de Garantie.

Indien er conform deze Garantie iets vervangen wordt door

BISSELL, dan geldt de Garantie voor het nieuwe item alleen voor de resterende periode van deze Garantie (berekend vanaf de datum van de originele aankoop). De periode van deze Garantie wordt niet verlengd, ongeacht of uw product gerepareerd of vervangen werd.

*UITZONDERINGEN EN UITSLUITINGEN VAN DE

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN

De Garantie is van toepassing op producten die gebruikt worden voor persoonlijk huishoudelijk gebruik en niet voor commercieel gebruik of bij verhuur. Onderdelen met een beperkte levensduur, zoals filters, riemen en zwabberdoekjes, die af en toe vervangen of onderhouden moeten worden door de gebruiker, vallen niet onder deze Garantie.

Deze Garantie is niet van toepassing op gebreken die voortkomen uit slijtage. Beschadiging en slecht functioneren veroorzaakt door de gebruiker of een derde partij, ongeacht of dat het resultaat is van een ongeluk, nalatigheid, misbruik of enig andere vorm van gebruik die niet overeenstemt met de

Handleiding, wordt niet gedekt door deze Garantie.

Een onbevoegde reparatie (of poging daartoe) zal deze

Garantie nietig verklaren, ongeacht of de schade werd veroorzaakt door die reparatie/poging.

Verwijdering van of knoeien met het productinformatielabel op het product, of dit label onleesbaar maken, zal deze

Garantie nietig verklaren.

Met uitzondering van hetgeen hieronder uiteengezet is, zijn

BISSELL en haar dealers noch aansprakelijk voor onvoorzien verlies of onvoorziene schade, noch voor incidentele schade of gevolgschade van welke aard dan ook, die gepaard gaat met het gebruik van dit product, inclusief maar zonder beperking van inkomstenderving, verlies van handel, werkonderbreking, gemiste kansen, tegenspoed, ongemak of teleurstelling.

Met uitzondering van hetgeen hieronder uiteengezet is, reikt

BISSELLs aansprakelijkheid niet verder dan de aankoopprijs van het product.
