If you are familiar with using e-cigarettes, follow the quick start guide below to be vaping in minutes:

• Prime the atomizer head.

• Fill the tank.

• Switch the arc Slim on (5 clicks).

• Set the arc Slim to low power mode (3 clicks per change).

• Press the power button and inhale

• Charge the battery (it will possibly not have been shipped with a full charge).

Note: It is important to “prime” a new atomizer head before first use. Failure to do so can cause the atomizer coil to overheat, leading to an unpleasant taste and sometimes irreversible damage to the atomizer head.

Remove the tank from the arc Slim by unscrewing at the atomizer base. Turn the tank upside down, then remove the atomizer base from the glass section of the tank by unscrewing it. Prime the fitted atomizer head by dripping a few drops of E-liquid into its central hole.

After priming, fill the tank through one of the apertures either side of the central air hole. Do not allow fluid to enter the central air hole. Refit the atomizer base, then screw the assembled tank back onto the arc

Note: After priming a new atomizer head and filling the tank, it is recommended to wait 5-10 minutes before vaping to ensure the atomizer head is fully saturated.

Atomizer Head Lifespan:

Atomizer heads do not last forever and need to be periodically replaced. Time in use before a replacement is required is generally from a few days to several weeks, depending on the power setting used, vaping style, and flavour and type of E-liquid. A slight burnt taste, general loss of vapour production, or a reduction in flavour intensity can all be indicators that the atomizer head requires replacement.

Powering on and off:

To switch the arc Slim on, quickly press the power button 5 times; the

LED battery life indicator will flash

5 times indicating the arc Slim is powered on. To turn the arc Slim off, quickly press the power button

5 times.

Setting the Correct Power Setting:

The arc Slim features 3 user friendly power settings, L (Low), M (Medium) and H (High). To change the current power setting, simply click the power button 3 times in rapid succession with the arc Slim turned on. You will then see the LED light illuminate above the next power setting.

The arc Slim will output a different wattage level depending on the atomizer resistance. Lower wattage levels produce less heat and vapour, while higher wattage levels deliver more heat and vapour. Refer to the table below for information on power and atomizer head resistance, or simply experiment to see which setting you prefer.

Note: It is recommended to use only the low and medium power settings for the supplied CS 1.5ohm atomizer head.

Vaping:

Press and hold the power button as you inhale; the LED screen will display the currently selected power setting and remaining battery life.

The screen will remain alight for 5 seconds after vaping to show the remaining battery life and current power setting.

Adjusting the Airflow:

If you find the air flow too airy or too tight while vaping, rotate the black airflow control ring on the base of the tank. Experiment to find your preference.

Atomizer Head Protection:

If the power button is held down for longer than 15 seconds the

LED screen will flash 10 times, and the arc Slim will switch off. Quickly press the power button 5 times to switch the arc Slim back on, allowing normal operation to resume.

E-liquid Level:

To prevent the atomizer head from becoming dry and burning prematurely, ensure the E-liquid level does not drop below the bottom of the glass section of the tank.

Charging the battery:

The arc Slim is charged by connecting the charge port on the battery to a USB port or suitable wall adaptor with the supplied charging lead. When connected, the LED screen will flash 5 times and the battery life indicators will flash slowly while charging. The LED screen will power off when the battery is fully charged. The arc Slim can be used normally during battery charging.

Low-voltage Protection:

If battery voltage drops to 3.3V, the

LED screen will flash 40 times and the arc Slim will power off. Charge the arc Slim using the steps outlined in Charging the Battery above to allow normal operation to resume.

Replacing the Atomizer Head:

Remove the CS Air Slim Tank from the arc Slim battery by unscrewing at the atomizer base. Turn the tank upside down, then remove the atomizer base from the glass section of the tank by unscrewing it. Unscrew the CS atomizer head from the atomizer base and replace, ensure the new atomizer head is primed by dripping a few drops of

E-liquid into its central hole. Refit the atomizer base then screw the assembled tank back onto the arc

Reminder: After priming a new atomizer head and filling the tank, it is recommended to wait 5-10 minutes before vaping to ensure the atomizer head is fully saturated.

Atomizer Short Circuit Protection:

If an atomizer short circuit occurs, the LED screen will flash up to 5 times and the arc Slim will refuse to power or produce any vapour.

Atomizer Head Resistance:

If the fitted atomizer head resistance is lower than 0.6ohm, the LED screen will flash 5 times to indicate the resistance is too low for the arc

Slim to power. If the atomizer head resistance exceeds 3.0ohm, the LED screen will flash slowly, indicating the resistance is too high. Ensure the fitted atomizer head resistance is between 0.6ohm and 3.0ohm for normal operation to resume.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

The arc Slim battery and tank connection can be cleaned by wiping down with tissue or a dry cloth. The tank can be cleaned by removing it from the battery, unscrewing the atomizer head from the atomizer base; then the entire tank and atomizer base can be cleaned under hot running water.

Allow the tank to fully dry before refitting the atomizer head into the atomizer base. Reassemble the tank.

Note: Do not attempt to clean the atomizer head with water.
