Specifications :
1. Digital Display (3½ Digit Red color)

4. Sensor: J Type Thermocouple.
5. Range: 0 – 400°C.
6. Output: 2 relays with 1 C/O, 5 Amp, 230 V contact.
7. Control Action : TP/ON-OFF (optional)
Display:
There is single display, which indicates respective SET TEMPERATURE when
respective SET key is pressed and it shows PROCESS TEMPERATURE when the
same key is released.
LED’s:
There are two LED’s one for indicating the Relay (H) ON/OFF condition and
second for Thermocouple break (TCB) indication.
Front key:

T are two SET keys on the front side UPPER one for the SET POINT-1 and

LOWER one for the SET POINT-2. Using these keys you can set the temperature
in the range 0 – 400 °C.
Working:
 First of all make the connections of the instrument, i.e. connect appropriate
thermocouple at the backside and relay with the heater via contactor from safety point of
view.
 Then set the temperature to your desired value by pressing the set key and moving the
screw either in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.
 On releasing the key you can see the present process temperature where you have
installed the thermocouple.
 When process temperature equals to (SET-1) relay-1 will turn OFF and (SET-1 – HYST)
relay-1 will turn ON again. When process temperature equals to (SET-2) relay-2 will turn
OFF and at (SET-2 –HYST) relay-2 will turn ON again.
 The Thermocouple Break led (TCB) will give the indication only when the sensor will not
be able to sense the temperature or it is not connected properly.
 There are two trim pots at the back of the instrument. The ZERO trim pot is used to adjust
the ZERO setting and the SPAN trim pot is used to adjust the SPAN setting.
