Getting Started
1. Login
 Login with ‘user’ as username and password or ‘admin’ as username and password.
 Clicking on “Login” button we can login .
 Clicking on “cancel” button the page is cancelled.

a) Step-1





Enter the Clinic name, Address.
Select Font, Weights, Font Colour, Font Style from the list .
We can see the preview of the clinic Name .
Upload the logo by following the instructions given.
Clicking on “Next” button the page moves to the next step.

b) Step-2
 Enter the details which are marked as mandatory fields (i.e. a red star).
 Clicking on “Next” button doctor details are registered successfully.
 Clicking on “Reset” button data entered is reset i.e. erased.

c) Step-3
 Enter the clinic timings .
 Clicking on “Next” button the setup will be completed.

2. Home Page





Clicking on “New Patient “ button we can register a new patient.
Clicking on “View Details” button we can view the details of a particular patient.
Clicking on “New Visit” button the patients new visit will be noted.
Clicking on “Appointment” button we can take appointment for the patient.
Clicking on “Sickness Search” button we can search the sickness of a particular
patient.
 Clicking on “Search” button we can search the patients.
 Clicking on “Reset” button details are reset(erased).

2.1 New Patient





Enter the details which are marked as mandatory(in red star).
Clicking on “save” button patient details are saved successfully.
Clicking on “reset” button details are reset (erased).
Clicking on “cancel” button page is redirected to the home.
Clicking on “thumb capture” button the thumb impression of the patient is
saved.
 Clicking on “preview” button the image preview of patient can be seen.

2.2 Advanced Patient Search using Patient Name
 If we want to search directly from the patient name label enter the starting letters of
the patient name and click on “search” button.

2.3 Advanced Patient Search using Mobile Number
 If we want to search directly from the ”Mobile Number” Label enter the starting
Numbers of Mobile Number and click on “search” button.

2.4 Advanced Patient Search using Fathers Name
 If we want to search directly from the ”Fathers Name” Label enter the starting
letters of Father Name and click on “search” button.

2.5 Advanced Patient Search using Date Of Birth
 If we want to search directly from the ”Date Of Birth” Label enter the
Date of birth of patient and click on “search” button.

2.6 Advanced Patient Search using Patient Id
 If we want to search directly from the ”Patient ID” Label enter the
Starting numbers of Patient ID and click on “search” button.

2.7 View Details
 First search the “patients” and after that select one patient and click on the “view
details “ button to see the details of that patient.
 Clicking on “appointment” button in the view details page we can take appointment
to that particular patient.
 Clicking on “New Visit” button the patients new visit can be taken.
 Clicking on “Visit History” button the patient visit history can be seen.
 Clicking on “Edit” button we can edit the details of the patient.
 Clicking on “Back” button page is redirected to Home.

 For the patient below five years “vaccination chart” and “growth chart” can be
seen .
 Clicking on “Vaccination chart” button chart can be seen.
 Clicking on “Save” button the data given for ‘Given date’ can be saved.
 Clicking on “Back” button page is redirected to Home.
 Clicking on “print” button details can be printed.
 Clicking on “Growth chart” button growth chart can be seen .
 In Growth chart we can select either Weight chart, Height Chart, Head
Circumference chart radio buttons.
 Based on the radio buttons selection the graph will be changed.

2.8 New Visit
 First search the “patients” and after that select one patient and click on the





“New Visit “ button to see the visit details of that patient.
Clicking on “Save” button the visit details are saved successfully.
Clicking on “Cancel” button page is redirected to Home.
Clicking on “Add Tests” button we can add tests.
Clicking on “Add” button in the prescription we can add the medicine.
Clicking on “Reset” button we can reset(erase) the data.

2.9 Appointment
 First search the “patients” and after that select one patient and click on the
“Appointment “ button to take the appointment to that patient.
 Clicking on “OK” button the appointment details are saved.
 Clicking on “Cancel” button appointment is cancelled for that particular patient.

2.10 Sickness Search
 Clicking on “Sickness search” button in the Home page ,sickness window is opened.
 Enter the Sickness name which is mandatory.
 Clicking on “Search” button a table is displayed.
 Clicking on “View” button in the table the patient complaints and doctor suggestions
are shown.
 Clicking on “Back” button page is redirected to Home.
 Clicking on “Print” button we can print the sickness details.

3. Settings
3.1 Clinic Details Setup Menu
 Clicking on “Update logo” button we can update the logo.
 Clicking on “Reset” button the clinic details are reset(erased).
 Clicking on “Preview” button we can view the preview of the logo updated.

3.2 Doctor Registration Menu
 Clicking on “Edit” button we can edit the details of the registered doctor.
 After Editing the Doctor details , clicking on “Update” button Doctor details are
updated.
 Clicking on “Reset” button details are reset.

3.3 Doctor Availability Menu
 Clicking on “Update” button we can update the session timings.
 Clicking on “Reset” button timings can be reset.

3.4 Test Settings Menu
 In Removing Test & Type Header , select the Test Type from the list and clicking on
“Remove Type” button the type is removed.
 Clicking on “Remove selected” button we can remove the selected test.
 In New Test Type Header , enter the type name and clicking on “Add Test Type”
button new test is added.
 In New Test Header select the test type from the list ,in the test name textbox enter
the name of the test , clicking on “Add Test” button that test name is added.
 In Remove Vaccination Header , select the box and clicking on “Remove vaccination”
button that particular vaccination is removed.
 In New Vaccination Header ,enter the vaccination name clicking on “Add
Vaccination “ button that vaccination name is added.

3.5 Data Base Menu
 Select the Radio buttons for either Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly backup ,clicking on
“Update” button that selected backup will be updated.

3.6 Reminder Menu
 In General Visit Alert , Vaccination Alert enter the days.
 Clicking on “Update” button reminder days are set successfully.

Appointment
 Clicking on “Appointment”, an window is opened here we can directly take the
appointment for the patients from the list.
 Clicking on “Ok” button appointment is fixed.
 Clicking on “cancel “ button appointment is cancelled.

5. Patient Registration





Clicking on Patient Registration the patient registration page is opened.
Enter the mandatory fields .
Clicking on “save” button patient details are saved successfully.
Clicking on “Reset” button the details are reset.
Clicking on “cancel button” page is redirected to Home.

6.1 Patient Referring Letter
 When we click on “Search” button popup of the patients list is opened double click on
the patient to display Patient ID Number directly near Patient ID.




Select the From and To Dates from the calendar which are mandatory.
Clicking on “ View Details” button the table can be seen.
Clicking on “Reset” button the details are reset(erased).
Clicking on “View” button in the table the ‘patient referring letter’ can be seen.

6.2 Fitness Certificate
 When we click on “Search” button popup of the patients list is opened double click on the
patient to display Patient ID Number directly near Patient ID.




Select the From and To Dates from the calendar which are mandatory.
Clicking on “ View Details” button the table can be seen.
Clicking on “Reset” button the details are reset(erased).
Clicking on “View” button in the table the ‘patient fitness certificate’ can be seen.
