SCHEDULED SERVICE PROGRAM
Every 300 Hours Every 600 Hours
(a) Change Lubricating Oil *
(b) Change Lubricating Oil Filter
(c) Change fuel filter
(d) Check Battery and Leads
(a) Change air Filter
(b) Change blow by filter
(c) Check Belts
(e) Check Air Filter
(f) Check Radiator Coolant Condition
(g) Check Radiator Fouling
(h) Check Inlet Air Connections
(i) Check Exhaust Connections are Secure
(j) Check for Oil, Fuel or Coolant Leaks
(k) Check Engine Alternator Mounts are Secure
(l) Check all Fittings and Hoses are Secure
(m) Check Fan Belts
Every 2400 Hours Every 4000 Hours
(a) Change V Belt (a) Adjust Valve
(b) Check Smoke coming from Exhaust clearance
(c) Check Engine Vibration
(d) Check Engine Shutdowns are working
(e) Check Governing System (fuel pump)
(f) Check Crank Case Vent tube
* Using Lubricants complying minimum with Int. Specifications ACEA
E3 /E5 (high power engines)
