Screw cam bolt into panel 3. Align cam bolt(s) with cam(s) and insert all the way into cross-bored hole(s) 4. Rotate cam(s) clockwise 180° to lock panels together 6 Push cam into panel - arrow feature on cam top points to panel edge 5. Panels should be tight against each other and connection should be rigid step 1: attach back panel to top panel (H1) x 3 (H2) x 2 wooden dowel cam bolt (H3) x 2 cam 1.1. Carefully tap small wooden dowels into place on top panel. Leave 1/2” of the dowels sticking out. 1.2. Screw-In cam bolts must be screwed down flush into top panel. 1.3. Refer to page 6 for instructions on how to use the cam lock system. 7 step 2: attach right side frame to top / back panel (H1) x 4 (H2) x 4 wooden dowel cam bolt (H3) x 3 cam 2.1. Carefully tap small wooden dowels into place on side frame. Leave 1/2” of the dowels sticking out. 2.2. Screw-In cam bolts must be screwed down flush into side frame. 2.3. Refer to page 6 for instructions on how to use the cam lock system. 8 step 3: attach back panel to bottom panel (H1) x 3 (H2) x 2 wooden dowel cam bolt (H3) x 2 cam 3.1. Carefully tap small wooden dowels into place on bottom panel. Leave 1/2” of the dowels sticking out. 3.2. Screw-In cam bolts must be screwed down flush into bottom panel. 3.3. Refer to page 6 for instructions on how to use the cam lock system. 9 step 4: attach bottom panel to right side frame (H1) x 4 (H3) x 1 wooden dowel cam (H4) x 2 bolt (H5) x 2 lock washer (H7) x 1 allen wrench (H6) x 2 washer 4.1. Carefully tap small wooden dowels into place on side frame. Leave 1/2” of the dowels sticking out. 4.2. Align bolts with pre-drilled holes in bottom panel. 4.3. Do not over tighten bolts. 10 step 5: attach remaining side frame (H1) x 8 (H2) x 4 wooden dowel cam bolt (H3) x 4 cam (H4) x 2 bolt (H6) x 2 washer 5.1. 5.2. 5.3. 5.4. 5.5. (H5) x 2 lock washer (H7) x 1 allen wrench Carefully tap small wooden dowels into top and bottom panels. Leave 1/2” of the dowels sticking out. Screw-In cam bolts must be screwed down flush into side frame. Refer to page 6 for instructions on how to use the cam lock system. Align bolts with pre-drilled holes in bottom panel. Do not over tighten bolts. 11 step 6: attach anti-tip Position against wall (H9) (H10) Mark position of strap hole on wall Drill 1/4” hole Tap in wall anchor (H8) (H12) (H11) (H8) x 1 (H9) x 1 pan head screw wall strap 12 (H10) x 1 wall anchor (H11) x 1 wall screw (H12) x 2 washer Fasten anti-tip strap with wall screw provided (H12) 60 lbs . 55 lbs . 1. This unit has been designed for the weight shown. Exceeding this recommended weight could result in excessive “sagging” of the top.
