MANUAL OVERVIEW
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
A short guide toward your fryer's use and functions will allow for quick user
reference once the safety details have been read.
Disclaimer:

1) Remove all packaging materials.
2) Gently place the appliance onto a dry, leveled surface, out of the reach of
children or flammables.
3) Mount the fryer to its base and properly attach the fryer handles.
4) Fill the oil compartment with 2.5 - 4 liters of oil, as necessary.
5) Attach the magnetic plug to the device and plug the cord into a safe outlet. The
display should light up if proper product procedures are followed.
6) Press Select button once to select temperature. Use +/- buttons to adjust
temperature.
7) Press Select button again to select Time. Use +/- buttons to adjust time.
8) Press Start button. The power indicator should turn RED if proper product
procedures are followed. Wait until the light turns GREEN before adding foods to
the fryer.

Automatic thermal safety device switches the machine off when overheated. The
small red button is located on the underside of the electrical component or in the
cord storage compartment. -You may reactivate the switch when safe by pushing
the button with a pointed object.

- Be advised, frying pre cooked meals may require less secondary frying time.
- Don't use the fryer lid when frying French fries or other high moisture content
foods.
- Never combine different oil types for frying.
* Fill with enough oil when operating, following the MIN and MAX marker levels
within the oil pot. Oil should always be present prior to plugging in the device.
* Never place water or other liquid sources within the pan.

DIGITAL FRYER CONTROLS

+ Power ready light- red when on, green when adequate oil temperature is

< Green and red alternating sequence is established in accordance to thermostat
cycles for maintaining correct oil temperatures while in use.

« Timer window- adjustable from 1-99 minutes.
« Automatic safety switch- Ensures that unit operates only when fryer pan is
inserted correctly atop the cool touch base. Proper placement of the product
guides will result in activation of the automatic safety switch.
« If the digital power display fails to illuminate after plugging in the device,
unplug the appliance from the electric wall outlet and reassemble the fryer
control to its base.
« The enameled oil tank must be assembled within the base first.
USING YOUR DEVICE
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging materials prior to use.
- Removable parts should be rinsed with hot water and dried prior to use.
CAUTION: never immerse power cord or control box/ heating elements of the
dryer into any liquids.
- Place on a leveled surface, away from external heat sources or flammables.
- Fill with proper oil amounts prior to use.
RESETTING THE SAFETY THERMOSTAT SWITCH
Automatic sensor shuts down the unit in the event of overheating.
Follow instructions for unit reset:
1-Turn unit off. Unplug from electrical wall outlet and then remove its magnetic
plug.
2-Allow unit to cool.
3-With a small slotted screwdriver, press the reset button on the left front of the
control.
4-Correct the oil situation in your appliance by adding or changing the oil, as
needed.
B-Reassemble the unit and continue cooking.
OIL AND FOOD APPLICATION
+ To reduce oil splatter, Lower the basket slowly into oil. If oil starts to rise within
the tank, lift the fryer basket and allow oil to settle before lowering food slowly
into the oil once again.
* Fill the oil to the appropriate capacity, 2.5 liters at the minimum, not exceeding 4
liters in total.
« If reusing oil, strain first to remove settled food particles.
* Replace oil immediately if:
1-Unpleasant odor is emitted.
2-Excessive smoke emittance occurs during heating.
3-Olil turns dark in color.
4-Oil has been stored for prolonged time periods.
OIL STORAGE COMPARTMENT
« Refrain from storing oil in the tank while the control with element are still
assembled.
* Allow the oil to cool completely prior to attempting to clean or store oil.
- Remove the control with element and set on paper towel atop a cookie sheet.
The element will still contain oil residue at that time.
« Carefully lift the oil tank out of the stainless base.
« Do not place oil in the refrigerator while still contained in the oil tank with its
control panel in place. Never place the appliance in your refrigerator. Instead,
remove oil and store in a tightly sealed container prior to refrigerating.
BASE MAINTENANCE
Product handles and legs should be periodically checked for damage or loose
screws. Tighten mishaps with a screwdriver if necessary. Avoid over tightening,
since it can result in the stripping of screws/ nuts or cracking of a handle or leg.
REPLACING THE FILTERS
Change the carbon filter every 6 months.
Change the oil filter every 12 months.
Filter replacement instructions:
1-Unclip and remove the filter cover.
2-Remove both, black and white, filter parts.
3-Discard old filters and replace with new ones. Make sure the white filter piece
rests into the metal surface directly below the (black) carbon filter.
ASSEMBLING THE FRY BASKET HANDLES
Fry basket handles will come assembled into the two smaller baskets. You will be
required to attach the handle to the larger basket and lock the smaller basket
handles in place prior to fryer use.
Large Basket:
Squeeze the handle prongs together and slip the handle prong wings through the
handle prong wing slots, as illustrated. Proceed to pull the handle in a backward-
position facing you, slightly squeezing and rotating from one side to another to
click the handle prongs in place, as illustrated.
Small Basket:
Pull the handle in a backward position facing you, simultaneously squeezing and
rotating slightly from side to side in an effort to lock the handle prongs into
position.
» Reverse the application process when removing the handle for cleaning and
storage purposes.
Proceed with caution, always checking the basket handles for secure a proper
grip prior to cooking with hot oil.
CLEANING AND CARE
CLEANING TUTORIAL
1-Turn the switch OFF.
2-Unplug the appliance from its electrical wall outlet and remove the unit's
magnetic plug.
3-Allow unit to cool completely.
4-Once cooled, disassemble the unit by reversing the assembly steps.
5-Proceed to cleaning the parts as directed.
« All fryer parts are fully immersible in water and dishwasher safe, except the
control panel with heating element, and its magnetic plug.
« NEVER IMMERSE temperature control panel or magnetic plug in liquid.
CLEANING FRYER CONTROL PANEL AND MAGNETIC CORD
Clean with a damp dishcloth that has been dipped into water and mild dishwash-
ing soap. Completely proceed to wipe down all parts of the temperature control
panel and heating element. Rinse the cloth and wipe all soap residues. Similarly,
wipe down the magnetic plug and cord. Do not reassemble the deep fryer until all
parts are thoroughly dry.
CLEANING LID AND FILTERS
Lift the filter lid to remove both filters. Wash the filters in warm, soapy water and
rinse thoroughly. Allow filters to dry completely and then follow assembly instruc-
tions to properly reassemble prior to appliance use.
CLEANING OIL TANK, FRYER LID, AND FRY BASKETS
These parts are fully immersible and dishwasher safe. Fryer should be thoroughly
cleaned prior to each use. Dishwasher use may alter the product color or appear-
ance, but it won't affect the appliance's performance.
WARRANTY DETAILS
This product is guaranteed under the premise of a 1 year limited warranty period,
applicable to the original purchaser and not transferable to a third party user.
