These locations are then sent to your online account where you can view all of the data. 5.1. Using for the first time Charge your Spotter for 2 or 3 hours until it is fully charged before using it for the first time. Use the USB cable and charger provided. The blue LED light will go out when the battery is fully charged. 5.2. Switching on or off Press and hold the On/Off button for 1 second to switch the Spotter on. The LED lights will now flash rapidly. While it is charging the Spotter switches on automatically. To establish the location, activate Spotter outside or near a window for a good GPS signal. To turn Spotter off, press and hold the SOS button and the On/Off button for 3 seconds, until all the LED lights switch off. 6. Getting started 6.1. Create an account Spotter is connected to an online account in which you can view and manage all data. Go to www.spottergps.com and click on "Login." If you do not have an account yet, create your account here. 6.2. Connecting Spotter Log into your online account. You will then be prompted to enter your Spotter code. When on the move location data is automatically sent out every 60 seconds, which can immediately be viewed through your online account or via the Spotter app. When Spotter is not in motion location data is sent out every 30 minutes. All locations can be seen for 24 hours, after which the data is deleted. 7.2. SOS alarm Press and hold the SOS button on the front of Spotter for 3 seconds. An audio prompt will then sound and the green LED light will start to flash rapidly. The connected user then receives an SOS message with the Spotter name and the location. 7.3. Start a telephone call You can also call to Spotter, e.g. if the person is in an emergency situation or if you simply want to make contact. To do that, login to the Spotter app and click on the telephone icon. An audio prompt sounds for two seconds on the Spotter, after which a telephone connection is automatically established. To end the call the Spotter wearer must click on the telephone icon on the side of Spotter. 7.4.
