The test material equipment market is constantly flourished, by the demand of the market, new technologies and international standards.

For that reasons, considerable resources are invested in our computerized design and development facilities. ALFA has been recognized the new challenges by offering advanced solution for testing materials in laboratories and on site.

To maintain the high quality standards with which its products have to comply, ALFA attaches great importance to in-house control of key Technologies. The machines offered by ALFA are designed, manufactured and assembled completely at ALFA’s plants in a CAD environment with extensive use of CNC machining and modern workshop equipment.

▪ The ovens are used for drying, conditioning and moisture determination at the laboratory.

▪ The oven is supplied with a digital thermostat and an indicator fitted with overheat thermostat to prevent accidental over-temperature and to provide a safe working environment.

▪ The maximum temperature is regulated with the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control and goes to a maximum set value.

▪ The oven is insulated with a thick mineral wool.

▪ The internal chamber is made of stainless steel.

▪ The exterior surface of the oven is powder coated and is also available in stainless steel.

▪ The oven is supplied with exhaust holes for moisture ejection and fast cooling.
