CPF e-Submit@web is an online application for e-submission of CPF contribution details. It
also offers auto-computation of CPF and SDL contributions.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
The auto-computation function in CPF e-Submit@web does not take into account the
Additional Wage ceiling. This means that the CPF payable will be computed on the
assumption that the Additional Wage ceiling has not been exceeded.
In addition, there will be no auto-computation for the following types of contributions:
 Foreign Worker Levy
 CDAC, SINDA, MBMF, ECF & Community Chest
 Back payment for CPF contributions before July 2007 (submission is still possible, but there
will be no auto-computation of CPF)

Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI)
8.1
Introduction
The Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI) function is suitable for employees whose CPF
contributions do not change each month. By activating the ESI arrangement, you will authorise
the auto-deduction of a fixed amount via Direct Debit for your employees every month. In
order to use ESI, you will need to have an active Direct Debit arrangement with the Board.
Please note that the Board offers a similar service known as Standing Instruction for CPF
Contribution Payments via Direct Debit (SI via Direct Debit), where employers can fill up a
form to authorise CPF Board to auto-deduct a fixed CPF contribution each month. Although
the function of the ESI feature in CPF e-Submit@web and the SI via Direct Debit service are
similar, the two services are not related. ESI is a separate service offered only to CPF eSubmit@web users. If your employee details are currently being submitted using SI via Direct
Debit, please do not set up the same employee details under ESI, as this will lead to a double
deduction of CPF contributions for those employees.
8.2
Activate ESI
a) Select Activate Electronic Standing Instruction (ESI) under the “Submit Contribution”
section (Figure 56).
Figure 56: Activate ESI
b) You will be directed to the ESI Information Page (Figure 57). Please read the instruction

arrangement.
