4
STEP 3
FIG 4 FIG 5
Using even force and hands grasping the edge of the fender flares, pull directly away from the quarter panel. (Fig 4)

STEP 7
FIG 12 FIG 13
In order to perform Step 7, you will need to draw a line on the inside of the fender, and then cut along the line you drew. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO DRAW THE LINE BEFORE YOU BEGIN TO CUT! Using a marker or a paint pen, draw the line as shown in FIG 12. Next, using a cutting tool, carefully cut along the line that you drew. This line may need to be adjusted slightly after cutting. (Fig 13). Remember: You can always remove more material, but you can't add it back on.

7
STEP 9

STEP 10
FIG 18 FIG 19
Insert and tighten the bolt on the structural brace to secure the fender and liner to the vehicle. (Fig 18) Insert and tighten the self-taping screw into the pilot hole drilled previously. (Fig 19)
8
STEP 11
FIG 20 FIG 21
Using the 7/64” drill bit and using the liner as a guide, drill a pilot hole for the remaining self-tapping screw. Insert and tighten the self-tapping screw. (Fig 20) Tighten remaining 10mm bolts to secure the fender liner and flare. (Fig 21)
Complete
Pull the wiring harness around to the front of the flare so that the connectors can be reconnected and routed cleanly.
Use a zip tie, if necessary, to secure harness up and out of the way. Repeat from Step 1 on the other side of the vehicle.
