ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES WHILE INSTALLING OR WORKING ON THIS PRODUCT.
RECHECK NUTS AND BOLTS AND RE-TORQUE AFTER 250 MILES. PERIODICALLY CHECK THE
NUTS AND BOLTS DURING THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF IT IS
DAMAGED. CHECK STATE AND LOCAL LAWS REGARDING PERMITTED BUMPER SIZES, TYPES
AND HEIGHTS.
A Few Words About Product Safety: Your TACTIK ® product is intended to enhance the utility and enjoyment of your off road capable vehicle. Before installation, please review the following safety information and installation recommendations.
Throughout these instructions important safety information is generally preceded by one of three signal words indicating the relative risk of injury, property damage or adverse consequence. The signal words mean:

BUMPER TYPES AND HEIGHTS.
AS YOU UNPACK YOUR FRONT BUMPER, BE CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE FINISH WITH A KNIFE
OR RAZOR. WE SUGGEST PLACING THE UNPACKED BUMPER BACK INTO THE ORIGINAL BOX SO
IT DOES NOT GET SCRATCHED BEFORE THE INSTALLATION BEGINS. THIS BUMPER HAS A CUT-
OUT FOR A VEHICLE RECOVERY WINCH. A SEPARATE WINCH MOUNTING PLATE IS REQUIRED FOR
WINCH INSTALLATION.

Step 1
Put on safety glasses. Factory Bumper Removal: Using a T55 bit and socket remove the upper bumper bolts and/or tow hooks on both sides. (Step 1)

Remove the lower bumper bolts with and T55 socket on both sides. (Step 2) Remove and discard the factory bumper.
Step 4
Install the new bumper over the frame rails and align the mounting holes. (Bumper Installation without factory tow hooks) Install a ½” bolt, split washer, and fl at washer into the upper and lower frame holes on right and left side of the bumper. Tighten with a ¾” socket (Step 3)
Step 5 spacer plate over the rear mounting hole on the top of frame. (Step 4)
Reinstall the factory tow hooks with the factory fasteners using a T55 Torx. Install a ½” bolt, split washer, and fl at washer into the lower mounting holes and tighten with a
¾” socket. (Step 5)
Install D-rings and isolators. (Step 6)

Warranty as a condition of warranty service and, (b.) make future revisions to this product and Limited Warranty without prior notice or obligation to upgrade your product.
