What is the difference between Velocity@ocbc and Velocity@ocbc 2.0? Velocity@ocbc 2.0 is our new platform which will replace the current Velocity@ocbc. 2. How do I log in to Velocity@ocbc 2.0? Log in to the new Velocity@ocbc 2.0 at https://velocity.ocbc.com. Please bookmark this URL for easy access the next time you login. You can log in using your current login credentials. Please note the new sequence of login credential fields: 1. Organisation ID 2. User ID 3. Password Moving from the old platform to Velocity@ocbc 2.0 1. Can I continue to access the old Velocity@ocbc platform? Yes, you can continue to access the old Velocity@ocbc platform. However, the old platform will not be available approximately one month after your company’s move over to the new platform. 2. Do I need to do anything in preparation for the move over to the new platform? If you require any historical data (from the old platform) for use at a later time, please save or print a copy for future reference. 3. What will happen to my existing / history of statement in Velocity@ocbc? Your history of statement in Velocity@ocbc will remain for approximately a month after your scheduled migration. Please save or print your previous data from the old platform. 4. Will all my users be migrated to the new platform at the same time? Yes, all users under the same Organisation ID (ORG ID) will be migrated at the same time. 5. Can I retrieve my past statements from Velocity@ocbc 2.0? Page 2 of 5 Why can’t I access Velocity@ocbc 2.0? 1. What are the recommended browser requirements to access Velocity@ocbc 2.0? Velocity@ocbc 2.0 is now compatible for use with all major browsers – Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and above, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. 2. When accessing https://velocity.ocbc.com using Internet Explorer, I receive an error message “Internet Page cannot be displayed”. What should I do? If you are using Internet Explorer, you may see this error message. This is because the security requirement for Velocity@ocbc 2.0 has been strengthened. To enhance your security settings, Launch your Internet Explorer browser Go to Tools Internet Options Advanced tab Under Settings, uncheck the options “Use SSL 2.0”, “Use SSL 3.0” Check the options “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1” (if available), “Use TLS 1.2” (if available) This is the recommended level of security to be used for Velocity@ocbc 2.0 Click “Apply” then “OK” Close all browser tabs and re-open browser to ensure settings are changed Access https://velocity.ocbc.com again Version 1.0 250615 OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (295400-W). If you are using Chrome, you may see this error message. This is because the security requirement for Velocity@ocbc 2.0 has been strengthened. To enhance your security settings, Launch your Google Chrome browser Click on wrench icon Choose options Click Change proxy settings Select Advance Tab Under Settings, uncheck the options “Use SSL 2.0”, “Use SSL 3.0”, Check the options “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1” (if available), “Use TLS 1.2” (if available) Click “Apply” then “OK” Close all browser tabs and re-open browser to ensure settings are changed Access https://velocity.ocbc.com again Navigating Velocity@ocbc 2.0 1. How do I view and download my account statements? You can view and download your last 90 days’ statements in Velocity@ocbc 2.0. Learn more Token 1. Will all the new tokens be sent to me/other users in my company at the same time or will they be sent separately? All the tokens for your company will be sent to the nominated contact person at the same time. 2. What do I need to do upon receipt of the new token? Please activate your new token(s) within 30 days from the date stated on the letter (enclosed within the migration kit with the new token(s)). 3. Do I need to activate all the new tokens at the same time? You need to activate all the new tokens within 30 days from the date stated on the letter (enclosed within the migration kit with the new token(s)). In the event that one of the token is not activated within this 30 days’ timeframe, the assigned user in your company will not be able to login to Velocity@ocbc 2.0. 4. Page 4 of 5 Please login to Velocity@ocbc 2.0 and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your new token. Learn more 5. Will there be charges for the new token? You will not be charged for the new token. However, subsequent replacements will come at a charge. 6. Multiple Tokens The new tokens in the Velocity@ocbc 2.0 Migration Kit are not pre-assigned. Each user can choose any one of the new tokens to complete a one-time registration and activation process upon first login. Thereafter, the token is unique to the user who registered and activated the token. 7. Sharing a token/Mixed up token Each token has got its own unique serial number indicated on the back of the token. It is not possible to share a token. Once a user has completed the one-time registration for their token, their user ID will be registered to that token making this token unique to the user. The token cannot be registered to another Velocity@ocbc 2.0 user. This protects and ensures the integrity of each user’s access to Velocity@ocbc 2.0. If the token(s) have already been registered to their respective users, the correct device must be used for login, otherwise the login will fail. 8. Using the token overseas Yes you can use it overseas. The token has been designed to ensure that you will be able to use it anywhere with internet connection. For security reasons, we recommend that you keep the token with you at all times. 9. Faulty/Lost of Token Please complete the Velocity@ocbc Maintenance form to get a replacement. Please ensure the field "customer details" is filled and "Defective token or Lost token" is selected. Please return the original form duly signed by the authorised persons, together with the defective token to your nearest OCBC branch. Upon receipt and verification of the completed form, you can expect to receive your token within 8 working days. The token will be sent to your mailing address as maintained in our records.
